Stopped for gas here with a kid having a bathroom emergency. They have employed the fake “temporarily out of service” sign to avoid having to service the restroom. The sign is so old the lettering is fading… I let the guy working there know about the kid having an emergency and he lied about it to our face.

Went to use the air machine to check tires after a long drive. It turned on and I proceeded to attempt to fill my tire. Machine was broken with no sign. Took my money and turned on too but no air. So I essentially deflated a tire and the clerk was like oh well. Nothing I can do. Must be “crazy” people messing with the out of order sign. Can’t refund your 2.50 either or call someone to help. Thanks dudes for ruining an evening.

I have a registered, trained service dog. He can go everywhere with me and I have the paperwork showing that he is a service dog. When I walked into the store to use the ATM they clerk yelled at me "no pets allowed" and when I offered to show him my dog's paperwork he said he did not care. No dogs allowed. I could have argued with him because he was breaking the law by not allowing a service dog, but I figured it would be a waste of time. So I asked him if he could please just break a $20 and he said very rudely "no, I cannot open the register". This was a total lie because he was ringing people up right in front of me while we talked. I will absolutely never go back there.
