This place don't know how to sell gift card and stole $200 from me. I bought an ebay gift card for $200 and they voided the transaction so the gift card wouldn't work. When one gift card is voided on the receipt, it deactivate any gift card in the transaction. Never going there again. I have gone to other 7-eleven and this happened but they gladly fix the error and gave me another gift card, but not this place.

Walked over a mile because they were all that was supposed to be open, but when I got there 2 guys were inside one in the phone and the other just walking back and forth. I looked and it said they won't open until 5am.So if it's after midnight don't go to this place. They are more like going to be closed.This is the second time this has happened at the same place, different days.

They like to humiliate kids without proof of whatever they are claiming. They are paranoid and awful people. Worst branch of 7/11z it’s basically child abuser at it’s mentality!

Doesn't honor their promos and won't refund you when they overcharge you. I've been coming here for 5 years and I won't return. Get better management

This location is awful. I come in here late at night (around 10p-12a) since I work late & this location is on the way home. I don't know where to begin so I will just highlight bullet points of my recent experiences.* No fresh hot food ready in the evenings. Usually the food is either burnt or stale. I asked for a hotdog once & I was told to get it myself. It's kinda hard to reach the food thru the glass with the tongs provided. Also, the hot dog buns cumble up and fall apart when you try to open it to put the weiner in. The taquitos are nasty as well.* Store closed at midnight. I came by & door was locked. Clerk waived me off saying "closed". I figured they were doing inventory or something. Came back a few days later around the same time & they were closed again. Clerk finally told me they close at midnight now. I thought it was open 24 hours? * They don't honor their promo deals. Several times I have seen people try to buy their BOGO deals & they get charged regular price when you see the display promoting the deal. * At times they lock their beer fridge, which sucks because you then have to wave the clerk over. And usually it's just 1 clerk and clerk is helping everyone else in line so you may have to wait a while.I suggest going to other locations if possible.

The female owner/manager is incredibly rude. She basically called me stupid when I asked her a question. I also noticed she and one of her relatives were bullying the construction workers outside working on their sign. Most of the older male employees here are nice and helpful, but look out for the female manager.
