This store steals from its customers! They never give you your change correctly since they always round off and not give your pennies. Example $5.68 they give you $5.60 when they are slick and $5.65 when you are paying attention. That’s a lot of change. . . The cashiers also inputs their personal number for points, the one ringing me up had over 100k points.

I walked down the candy aisle and there was a promo sign that specifically said "Snickers or Twix, share size buy one get one for $1." So I grabbed one share size Twix and one share size Snickers and brought it to the counter. I saw the price was not reduced so I asked about it. The clerk just said they were both full price. I thought maybe it was only for Reward members, so I entered my phone number. No change. I showed him the sign, but he wouldn't accommodate me. I used to work at a 7-Eleven, and I was always told to give the customer the lowest advertised price. If that's not the policy anymore, I might have to stop giving 7-Eleven my business. Or at least honor your promo signs when they're in plain sight of the customer!

I dont think they are 24hrs anymore.The men cashiers are rude at night time and conferntational, the coffee is never made like its advertized so you will never get it free if you have to wait for it. I prefer to visit the store between 6am and 4pm when the 2 women are running it because they know how to deliver customer service. Otherwise even though I live right across the street I will drive to the other 7-Eleven at night. When their deliveries come they block the small parking lot when they realy dont need to because the gas station next door is closed down and with the delivers powered hand jack, he shouldn't have to block the way.

Santa at this 7-11 is a hater. He couldn't stand the line of people waiting to buy bread and had to go make a big deal about it. Nobody even was even blocking the 711 door.

This 7-11 has been around for a while. The customers that pull in and out of the parking lot are always in a rush. It's a hit or miss on the cleanliness but I suppose that is the case for any 7-11 location. I agree with the other Yelpers on this page -- the cashier is always talking on his Bluetooth. I think it's very unprofessional when you're having a conversation with someone and ringing up customers -- we're totally ignored and can't even ask him for anything because it might interrupt his phone call. If you happen to buy nachos, check the fresh tomato pico de gallo because I have found during my last visit that it definitely wasn't "fresh" -- had to get it replaced with a new batch. Also, if you're grabbing sandwiches or fruit bowls - make sure to check the expiration dates.
