I won't be going back to this location, even though it is right by my house. The workers put in their own number to get the rewards points. If you go here pay attention and count your change before you step away because they will also short change you.

I was so upset I was ready to pay for my slurpee the guy was behind me doing something I asked him do you work here can I check out ignore me didn't say anything then I asked the second time are you working what's going on I would like to go then he was right behind me didn't say anything to me didn't acknowledge that I was a customer I didn't end up buying it cuz I was so upset you didn't say I'll be alright with you nothing what kind of employees do you have working there that's disgusting so I left the slupee there he took my joy of wanting the slurpee I was going to buy lottery tickets I don't know if it's because Im a woman he was helping the men as I went in it was Saturday September 21,2024 4:25pm so you need to see who was working and talk to them cuz you just lost a good customer that won't go back

I was a this 711 today with 2 of my chrilden. I wanted to buy the deal they had posted of a coke and 2 slices of pizza. They refused to sell it to me. I went to the counter with 3 cokes and they only would give me 2 slices of pizza. I told them I needed a total of 6 slices They refused. They told me the deal was not good any more. I referred to the two signs posted and asked for the manager. They argued with me. The manager said they forgot to take the signs down. I left. The pizza basically sucks anyway. F this 711.

This place rarely gives back your small change (coins) basically STEALING money from customers. At least tell us you’re running low on change. There’s always solicitors and homeless outside asking for money. I always avoid in 7-11 as much as I can. There’s a loop gas station at the end of the block with better service and they don’t steal change for their customers.

This Is my favorite 7-11 location near me. The have a lot of exotic foods you can't find everywhere. Like, Vanilla Coca Cola and Pork Egg rolls. The stuff that's very hard to find anywhere. It's in a reasonable location, not too hidden but not too out in the open.

Last night one of the ladies there tried charging me 2.19 for a cup of ice! Everyone I line agreed that she was overcharging. I have never paid over 50 something cents for ice before. Then she proceeded to dump the ice and put the lid a cup back!

I cane in at 1:15 to get a brownie and water the cashier literally smashed the receipt on my brownie i just stood there and had to look at her for a moment to understand what i had done wrong other than being black she was extremely rude i didn't even say anything to her I just left because there's no point in talking to evil people you just have walk away and pray they run into the wrong one .
