This cashier refused to let me purchase lottery because the line was too long lmao told me that the machine wasn’t working yet he just cashed a ticket for the customer ahead of me. Also, if you look closely at this picture he has no name tag and is wearing NO gloves while serving food when he just touched bills and coins, absolutely unsanitary but obviously he’s just trying to get through his shift. I have already contacted 7-11 corporate for the lack of customer service by this miserable cashier. I’ve heard from multiple sources now of criminal activity in regards to lottery at this location, look no further than this crook!

Stopped In on my way to temple and got a hot chocolate. The place was clean, staff were friendly. It's my first time at this location and have to say I'll be back again for a sip.

I’ve been coming to this 7/11 for years and seeing Nicole always makes my day. I always hope it’s her who’s there as the others aren’t as nice not as personal as Nicole. She goes above and beyond and makes sure all those nasty gloves and trash is picked up. She remembers you and really looks out for you, the kind of neighborhood store I really appreciate! Cheers to you Nicole!! I hope your management is treating you right.

I only come to this 711 on the East side, because it's close and Nicole makes it an enjoyable store. I try to go when she's there which means I'll wait until her evening shift. She really goes above and beyond and even makes sure all the nasty gloves and covid 19 covered trash is picked up so you don't have to see it. I'm sure that's not her job. She remembers you and makes you feel welcome. 711 has always been my drink and snack spot. The medicine isle has made a huge come up!! One of the best when it comes to selection in a minimart. Excellent for late night fever and cough issues with children!
