Honestly, I just want to say I stop going this gym because of how dirty it was, but now that you guys have an amazing person making sure it's always clean and her friendliness is amazing. She is able to socialize with everyone and still maintain the cleanliness in this gym Graselia ( I hope I'm saying her name right) thank you for making me want to go to the gym and making it feel like home by keeping it clean and having your peaceful energy. Keep up the hard work. I hope they notice it because I know I do.

The gym was welcoming when I first came, but recently, it has been nothing but recently, it has been very disappointing. There's always something wrong with the workout equipment, a barbell missing, a machine broken, a weight missing. There was a time when the pins for all the machines were straight up missing, so you could get no work done with any cable or machine. For a gym that's as busy as this, the equipment needs to be better maintained and kept. The bathrooms are outright disgusting, I can barely go in there without gagging. It's as if there's no one that enters to clean it. There's always a bad smell, sometimes you can smell weed or something that's being smoked. The trash cans are almost always overflowing, every time I go to throw away a drink, I have to balance it on top of trash so it doesn't fall to the floor. The gym floor is incredibly dirty, there's always litter strewn about, spillage, powder, etc. The floor inside the basketball court feels like it hasn't been cleaned in a while, litter lying around as well. Something that I also noticed was that the management was incredibly rude. The manager was very rude to my friend when she was signing up for her membership, it was as if he was acting like she was stupid. He was very condescending the few times I interacted with him, anytime I had problems with my membership or anything else. The professionalism from the staff is very questionable, anytime I ask them a question, it's always answered with an "I don't know", or something along that line. Another thing that bothered me was how seemingly greedy the manager appeared to me. He recently removed the cycling room and replaced it for a stretch room that you had to pay to use. This bothered me because the cycling room was something that I saw a lot of people use, something that I liked to use myself as well. However, he replaced it for a stretch room that not a lot of people actually use, and that you had to pay (I think 80 dollars last time I saw) to get in. In the past, I was able to use my guest pass to get my friends in whenever they wanted to get a workout in at the gym, but recently, it seems like there's always some new policy in place, something that, for some reason, stops them from going in. Once, the manager made my friend pay more than 30 dollars for a day pass even though I had brought no one else in that day.
Overall, this particular gym is not a place I would recommend. I'm sure all 24-Hour Fitness's are not like this, but this gym has just been treating me and others I know very poorly. If you want to go to a gym purely to work out for a few hours a week, this gym is alright (asides from cleanliness). However, if you care about things like the social aspect or culture, this place is not the place.

Messed up equipment. There was a time the leg extension machine was broken for almost a whole year, and one time the most of the pins were gone for a few months and many people had to use sharpies and highlighters. Disgusting locker room toilets had piss and toilet paper all around. Also had weights stuck together. Rude management.

I was really excited to join 24 Hour Fitness, but my experience has been nothing short of a disappointment. The bathrooms are absolutely terrible—unclean, poorly maintained, and often out of supplies. It's shocking how a gym of this size can't even manage to keep basic hygiene in check. On top of that, the equipment maintenance is really bad. Machines are often broken or malfunctioning, with no clear timeline for repairs, making it difficult to get a full workout in. As if that wasn't enough, the management is just as bad. They seem unresponsive to complaints and uninterested in improving the overall experience for members. What started as an exciting fitness journey quickly turned into frustration due to these ongoing issues.

Dang this gym sucks. Every machine has sweat stains all over it with hair and paper under it. Same with the locker rooms, straight nasty. Clean the place once a month or somthing. I keep trying to lower my standards because it's near my house but it's very hard because I try to work out and when I switch machines, half the time it's broken or not working right. And they won't put out of order on it like normal places. Just keep letting it wobble and clunk. There's at least 2 olypicals, 1 treadmill and 1 bicycle broken not working right. And I'm sure there's more.

One of the most dirty gyms I've been in. No one keeps up with paper towels / cleaner, no one wipes their equipment, locker room dirty all the time.

This gym is packed as it is always. But it is closer than the others. My -2star is because there are children younger than 12 all over this gym for some reason. I looked on google and web says children 12 and up are allowed with parent. These kids are way younger. And some are like 5 years old running around. What in the world is going on. We don’t come to the gym to have kids playing all around us. Is this a corporate thing? Another thing is the bathroom is always dirty where you wash your hands. Where you wash hands the water barely comes out. You need another exit sign in the womens area. To show which way out. Don’t get me started.

Beyond frustrated with the location on McKee. Is this not a super-sport location which is supposed to be the best 24H has to offer?
Ellipticals are broken and have been broken for months. You are unable to adjust the angle on multiple machines.
Again today TWO showers working in the women’s locker room. This is such a common occurrence, I have to assume 24H doesn’t care. Not to mention the amount of mold in the showers themselves. The cleaning lady at this location is amazing and she is always cleaning up. So I have to assume it’s the products she is being given to clean the shower walls.
It’s post-COVID and the 24H financials shows you are profitable. It’s time to invest in your clubs and use some of the annual fees you are now charging new members to spruce up your locations!
Sorry, no photos allowed in locker room.
