I checked in at this location yesterday for my daily workout, and immediately walked out because it was overcrowded. I feel like there is not enough equipment for people, even though there was a fair amount.

Going between 2/3 stars. Never had an issue with the staff. The gym itself is nice. A lot of equipment and it feels like there’s space when you use a machine or a rack. Other 24 Hours I’ve been to, it seems like they crammed as many pieces of equipment as they could possibly fit and it feels very tight.Overall, it seems like 24 has been cutting back a lot of the classes it offers so that’s one reason for the lower rating but what I really don’t like about this particular location is for the past month there have been fewer and fewer towels and spray bottles to clean equipment with and the soap in the restroom has gotten lower and lower until today there was none. This was my favorite location but that’s pretty gross and why I’ll be going to other 24 Hour gyms for the time being.

The club at Mc Kee Rd at San Jose, CA, where i frequently go to is crowded with many equipments not working. Some equipments missing rubber handles for months on until now, 4 to 5 quipments missing the weight stack pins today. It is so sad, so unsafe, and unprofessional.

Same at this location, however at this one the staff is a little more friendly. However still mold and mold in the men’s bathroom. Again with the dirty machines and vents. This location always has plenty of gym goers. Since it’s located next to a popular bowling place and other surrounding restaurants and light life this place is always pretty busy. Even if the gym goers are not that many inside, people do like to chill and hang out. Mixed crowd more like adventurous crowd. Not too bad.

Found a live worm swimming inside the jacuzzi water on September 23rd, 2023 and tried following up multiple days without a proper answer. Viedo was taken after I scooped it out. There was no response on Instagram either. Sad life.

This gym is in serious need of improvement. It lacks organization and cleanliness, and it seems to prioritize profit over providing quality services. The absence of towels and the deplorable state of the bathrooms make them practically unusable.

Only complaint is it's unorganized at times and the bathrooms could use a more rounded cleaning but aside from that it's a solid gym to just workout and head out some people expect a bit too much luxury for a gym.

As a platinum member who frequently uses the jacuzzi at this facility with my wife, we recently experienced a concerning issue with the temperature being too high. When I approached the receptionist, Anthony, about the matter, he provided a dismissive response of "sorry, can not adjust" and that’s it, without even looking at us. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and left us with a negative impression.

Had a bad experience at this location. A staff person (see photo) was extremely rude with a disrespectful tone towards me. The staff was on duty on 7/20 /23 at around 11:15 pm. I was waiting for my ride and happened to be sitting on one of the employee workstations. She could have politely informed me that I was not allowed to sit on the stool. BUT NO. She was extremely rude and impolite. Had a condescending tone and said, "What are you doing here?" I am 63 years old and expect a little bit of respect as an elder person and a PAYING member. There are other ways to communicate without being unpleasant to people. The young female staff at this gym that I encountered needed better training to be respectful when dealing with members. She may be doing her job, but she needs to have better manners. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER. OR HIRE STAFF WITH ACTUAL PEOPLE SKILLS. NOT STAFF WITH A N*** SENSE OF AUTHORITY OVER PEOPLE. POLITENESS GOES A LONG WAY! IF MEMBERS MAKE AN HONEST MISTAKE THERE IS A NICER WAY TO INFORM PEOPLE. This 24Hour branch definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

I think how much you are paying is just a garbage since you won't even have an opportunity to use weights.The only place I was using was individual exercises room, but I can't even find it available since there is always a class is going on.I hate this gym and regret to start my yearly membership.If you really want to see how it look like, just buy pass day and see if it's suitable for you.I'm planning to buy a membership from a local gym instead that corporate gym membership where it's all packed everyday.Do not recommend.

I was just about to get myself a gold pass to start working out on a regular basis but this little thought in the back of my head said, "check the reviews", I did and now I have absolutely no desire to obtain membership with "24 hour" fitness. Every facility near me has really awful reviews about the lack of cleanliness and access to certain membership items. There are 4 facilities in my area only 2 of which are actually open 24 hours. So glad for google reviews.

Good equipment and lots of potential. Only issue is that it get messy. Weights are not in their place, missing at times. Showers aren't that clean either.

They're mediocre as a gym and have all the equipment for you to get your workout in. The equipment is not very well maintained and often unsanitary with weights being thrown about but it's not that big of a deal if you have the patience and tolerance of a saint. My issue is the staff etiquette. I called to cancel the auto-renewal of my annual membership to which they said their manager would need to handle cancelation and I would receive a call back (I did not get a callback, of course). I went in to cancel it, and this "manager" scribbled on a pink slip and told me it was canceled (this was my mistake, I should have asked for a confirmation email/receipt). And of course, they charged me for the full year and would not pick up calls. Just be wary when it comes time to cancel your membership.
