Avoid if possible!Definitely a poor apartment that doesn’t respect you once you move out. They cut you a crazy large bill so that they could nullify your deposit and rob more from you.Moving out experience was just the worst, given I have lived in more than 5 apartments before. This one is the worst.Once you moved out, the 121 management didn’t talk to you anymore. A receivable department from Greystar would appear and try to rob money from you. Don’t expect anything good from this receivable department. I feel sad and sorry about anyone who is working at this department.I’m so regret to wasted so much time dealing with this company (Greystar).

The Service Supervisor Jose Villeda is truly impressive!! He is quick and prompt is completing any service requests and courteous. He is willing to go beyond his normal work duties to help out residents.

I've been living in this apartment for a year and I've never had any problems. The apartment is spacious and update. The location is perfect for me, close to everything I need. The management is friendly and helpful, and the property manager, Flomina, is always going the extra mile to make sure my needs are met. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I love 121 Tasman so much! The whole staff that currently works there (Tracy, Flomina, Amy and Jose) have all been so helpful and friendly, they really take the extra step to keep this community safe and clean. This is a very peaceful community and I would recommend this apt to anyone looking for the best place to live in this area!

I’ve been living at 121 Tasman for more than 1.5 years now and love it. It’s very conveniently located, the management and staff are professional and super nice. All maintenance issues are addressed efficiently. It’s also very safe - I’ve never had a package stolen or gone missing. The gym and common areas are spacious, easily accessible, clean and also receive a lot of natural sunlight.

The apartment is wonderfully clean and pleasant, offering a serene living environment. Its proximity to the VTA is a major advantage for commuting, and the charming neighborhood adds to the overall appeal. We have lived in this apartment for over 1.5 years. Overall we had the best experience right from the start. Special shoutout to the leasing agent, Flomina, who helped us find the best apartment that's suitable for our needs. She made sure that our concerns are addressed in no time which made our stay here very comfortable. The maintenance services were also very quick to respond. We never had one single maintenance issue that wasn't solved in time.

If you’re looking for a nice, pleasant, and safe place around the area, this is a great spot to live - absolutely recommended: the space itself is very pleasant, the apartments feel new and well looked after (so does the whole building actually), the management is always there to meet your needs and requests, and the best part is that it has a great location for all kinds of commuters and those who like easy access to all kinds of amenities (grocery shops, other shopping activities, train stations, buses, you name it all)! Oh, and what’s important, it’s very quiet and safe here - we’ve never faced any issues!We have been living here for the past few years and had the most smooth and pleasant experience. Couldn’t wish for more really!

We moved here in 2021 and have loved the place so far. In fact, we even decided to renew the lease for another year. The management staff has stood out for me and the amenities are top notch. Maintenance turn-around has been super quick and we have never faced any unexpected issues.Community wise, people are very approachable and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay around this neighborhood. :)

We have living in this apartment from last 2 years. We are having pleasant apartment and leasing office are very responsive and quickly tries to help us with any concerns. It is small property and very good residence. The manager and the staff is very responsive and takes a good care and make sure to give best experience. Pet friendly apartment. Best place to stay and would recommend to totally stay in 121 tasman.

I have been here for almost a year and so far, this place is great!! The front desk managers (Flomina and the whole team) go out of their way to respond to your requests and make your stay the best possible. The facilities are always clean and I like the fact that it is a small community, because everyone knows you. When i submit a service request, it is fixed within a day. I recommended it to many of my friends.

I have lived here for over 3 years now, and just signed for another year. The management and staff are super friendly, helpful, and do a lot of work to make this an extremely clean, safe, and updated complex with great support and amenities. Safety especially is really important to me, and I feel like my vehicle and home are always protected here. The property and units are modern, high quality, and nice. The neighbors who live here are courteous and respectful of one another. I am very grateful to have this place to call home!

CAVEAT: I don't live at this location; however, I do frequent, by way of visiting a resident, often.That said, parking is less than ideal. During most days, in the afternoon, one can find available parking. More than once in a 1 month stretch the available parking on Baypointe was filled on both sides of the street. Although, for some, the light rail station's location on Tasman may appear convenient, this may be one of the main contributions to limited visitor parking. Commuters and VTA employees alike take advantage of the close parking.
