“? Unbelievable Service and Kindness — A Rare Gem on I-5! ?
We were driving on I-5 around 5 PM when we noticed our tire pressure dropping from 34 to 28. Concerned it might be a flat, we started frantically calling tire shops nearby. That’s when Juan answered the phone and told us they’d wait for us to arrive — already a huge relief!
When we got there, Juan immediately came out to check the tire. He removed it, submerged it in water to check for punctures, filled it with air, and reinstalled it — all with speed, skill, and a smile. And then came the real shock: they only charged us $5 since there was no flat. Five dollars for peace of mind, expert help, and genuine kindness.
In a world where good service often comes with a hefty price tag, this shop reminded us that there are still honest, generous people out there who truly care. Juan and his team went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful we found them.
