San Jacinto Walmart Supercenter is now like a mall. So beautiful. Prices remain the cheapest. More self help registers. I love San Jacinto Walmart Supercenter. I wonder when are they going to do the same with Walmart Hemet at Sanderson? Hopefully soon.

The grocery pick up employees are liars. Drove two hours to pick up an item, when I got there they said it had broken and no more were available.

Takes a lot longer than some other Walmart, a few times I did not get the right items and was not notified of the items being replaced. It wasn't until after I got home and noticed myself, which is inconvenient and defeats the whole purpose if you have to go back and go in anyway

Used Mobile app. To check in... few minutes later, my items were placed in my trunk, and I was on my way. Easy way to get potluck items first thing in the morning.

I bought multiple boxes of Kellogg's Cereal from this store paying full price. There was a packaging issue with the boxes which I brought to the attention of Kellogg's. Graciously, they insisted on sending me coupons for 2 replacement boxes. I tried to use the self-checkout today, but was told I needed to go to a manned register to use a coupon. I put my things back in the cart and found a long line to get in. After 10 minutes the cashier rang up my items, but said she couldn't honor the manufacturer's coupons. She called a manager. He said Walmart no longer honors buy one get one free coupons. I said, this is not a buy one get one free, these are replacement coupons for a product I bought from your store. He said WALMART does not let anything leave the store for free. I told him, people walk out of your store every day with free items. The only difference is, I have a coupon from the manufacturer. He said, that's a different problem. We will not honor these coupons. You need to find another store. So, I guess I will go shopping elsewhere. It's nice to know, they are making enough money that they don't want honest customers.

I never have a problem picking up. Sometimes they are really busy, but the workers are always working hard to get you your stuff.

Cell reception isn't the best in the pickup area. Have had multiple issues checking in.Can get busy quick. If you think you checked in and see people arrive after you and get their stuff before you. Flag an associates and make sure you are checked in.

Waited 1.5 hrs for my pickup after 3check ins and speaking to an employee and they never answer the phone number on the space signs.

I don't know if she's a supervisor or manager but Sabrina in the online delivery department is as the most disrespectful nonhelpful associate I've ever encountered at a Walmart, enough for me to actually leave a review. She can't comprehend simple English and has an attitude over everything for no reason. She must be lonely at home or something because this behavior will not stand. act like a total bitch for no reasons and smells like shit too.

This McDonald's is the worst location to come to the staff is always rude, especially when they screw up your order. I asked them to re make it the way I asked for the 1st time and they give me attitude. It's really not that hard to make a ice coffee the way the customer asked for!!

This walmart is the worst. Service sucks you can never get anyone to help you when looking for something, then when you ask an associate hell they dont know where nothing is. I walked around store for 30 minutes looking for a baster for turkey, one person tells me to go here and another person tells me to go there. So i ordered my items from Amazon Very simple solution. Walmart sucks for service dont know why they are there most of them are walking around on there phones very nonchalant Guess target and Amazon are my choices cause Walmart sucks.
