If I could give them a 0 I would. 1st of all I'm not one to complain I'm a very easy customer but this branch made me feel like crap. I waited in line JUST like any other customer When I reached the teller I informed her I had no card 1st thing that came out of her mouth was do you have a withdraw slip I stated no and handed her my card she then went about well ima need you to GO GRAB ONE AND WHEN YOU HAVE IT FILLED OUT GO BACK IN LINE I SAID SO YOU MEAN TO SAY YOU can't give me a slip I fill it out in the meantime you look up my acct with my ID because I lost my card and this is the only reason I'm inside the branch . She said no I need to keep the line moving and attend the customers that ARE ready... I said well no I'm not moving you can give me a slip and I'll fill it out and you will help me . She said I won't I will have my manager help you ok great... she deliberately made me wait there for the manager to come up and say so I understand you are upset? Went on about how they need to help customers that are ready with a slip . Just saying what the teller told me ... for what ? To prove a point . Take care of your customers I would NEVER treat a person that walked into my business like this so rude and pushed aside . You are there to HELP ME not me HELP you make your job easier what a joke ! I've been there before and SAME GAL THAT MADE A BIG DEAL HELPED ME I've never been told that exact "policy" that she stated HER BRANCH AND INSTITUTION FOLLOWED . . I've never been to any bank and been pushed aside like that the manager stated maybe other institutions allow that but we don't here are you hearing yourself ? i just said let me get my money and leave this place they made me feel so uncomfortable. Of course the same teller helped me what was her point to have a manager come up for ? It was nonsense I just wasn't going to get out of the line and go back in line . All I wanted was my money and you guys made it difficult to give it to me. I'll never be back. And US bank I'll be closing my acct thanks to them . Not only did she do all this but even laughed really loud after she completed my transaction and I was walking out . So rude and no empathy whatsoever . If you're going to laugh at least be discrete about it . Someone needs to really look into this branch . Re train their staff on customer service . This manager did nothing to help and diffuse the situation . Instead just repeated the same thing over . I can't believe I even had to deal with this . I called their headquarters and filed a complaint the representative on the line even said I've never been pushed aside at my bank and that's how I do it as well . Just terrible and unfair

We have been with US Bank in San Jacinto for about 6 years and have never had a problem with any activity and/or transactions that we have had with them. The clerks are always very accommodating and very friendly. I will very highly recommend this bank.

Just trying to cash a moneygram and after waiting in line and being sent back and forth to fill out deposit slips and the moneygram.... twice, they tell me they cannot cash it. Only deposit it with no cash back. Trash! Horrible customer service and the manager was rude as well! Couldn't provide solutions

Overall the worse banking experience I have ever had. This bank is out for your money and only that! Their system charges overdrafts before it is supposed to and when you look for their customer service department to reverse it, they will not. I was told by the 800 number customer service rep. to go into this San Jacinto branch (my local branch) and see the branch Manager, she will be able to reverse the charge. When I met with her she was polite and cold. Krystal Krietz (Branch Manager) did not listen to anything that I was relaying to her from their 800 number Customer Service team, nor what I had to say in my defense before she stated "I Will not help" and dismissing me. I have paid multiple overdrafts due to their system showing available funds, when there wasn't. I have closed my account with them and will never bank with this bank again. With this bank unlike other banks: the Customer is never right.

I would never bank here ever unless you want to have issues . Two times I have been to this bank to deposit money for my mother. Twice they have caused problems. Today's event was the most unprofessional of them all. After I went into the bank yesterday to deposit a check, I was called this morning to say the check wasn't showing in her account. I went straight to the bank to see what was going on. I was informed by an assistant manager that a employee ( most likely Shaniqua who helped me) didn't hand in their "work" as it was called. So the check wouldn't show in the account until later tonight. What and inconvenience. Perhaps this employee should go show her quality of work at a place more suited for her. Del taco or burger king. I will never say it is a place to bank if you want the money in your account.
