Weak ass shop and customer service
For Owners response: How do u have a 18+ sign but u have to be 21+ just to even talk to the employees about your rigs and pieces

If I can give them 0 stars I would.
I go here to buy CBD carts and they always have different ones. I have actually bought some that tested positive for THC even tho they claim they don’t have THC in store. I got one and it doesn’t hit right it taste burnt you can tell it’s a bad cart. I called to tell them about it and they said there’s nothing they can do because it technically works. Their products suck and the fact that I didn’t ask for a refund just to exchange and they didn’t care.
And no I’m not lying. It’s live resin thc. double check your inventory on your CBD

Excellent experience. I came looking for vape juice and in California it's questionable if a smoke shop will have it. The lady that helped me explained that they don't have what isn't allowed to sell in California but helped me with a solution that I think I like even more.
I'll be back for more.

I absolutely love is place I get alll my glass here they have a fine selection from novelty to true works of art. All of which are of the best of quality. Speaking of quality the workers there are extremely helpful. If you have a question about your set up they’ll help you out and figure out your problem or just straight up school you on something you had no idea about and not make you feel silly for asking. I will always come back to this shop for the insane selection and for the peak customer service thanks y’all!

Love the customer service Abby was very helpful ,it's like she had things done before we asked. Also very knowledgeable...not sure of the gentlemans name but he was was very helpful..I would recommend this shop.. lot's of good glass

I wouldn't recommend going to this smoke shop. The customer service is unprofessional and rude. The manager is never in the shop. And she called me out of name on the phone. So never go to this shop ever..

The employees here have some of the best customer service that I've seen out of any smoke shop in the IE. They really know what they're talking about in terms of product and what the use of them is. Never had a bad experience here. Always my favorite smoke shop.

Unwind smoke shop has some of the best employees in any smoke shop in the IE. I personally been to many of the local shops and very few go above and beyond like Unwind Smoke does. They have a wide variety of products and know exactly how each of them are used. -Ricardo Rodriguez
