1st we unexpectedly moved 700 miles north and there was no storage available in that area. This storage was clean, safe, convenient and everyone very friendly. Three years later we unexpectedly moved out of state. It has now been 5 years and we have come and closed out/moved the rest of our stuff. Again, considering it had been 5 years, everything in fantastic shape and everyone very helpful, efficient and professional. All on-line communication and payments were always timely and smooth! Thank you so much!! I highly recommend your facilities!!!!

So professional and convenient. Moving is a hassle but I didn’t have to worry because of them. I loved the discounts and time frame.The front desk lady Nicole was awesome and sweet and helped out a lot. So glad I was able to get all of my stuff done. Thanks ?

I call Nicole the new girl. She replaced Jenn who was there for years. Jenn was good, but Nicole goes above and beyond to help and make sure our trucks arrive and reservations are correct. I have no idea on the storage side, but the place is always clean. Thank you Nicole for making my business run smoother, and my piece of mind less stressed.

Nicole is by far the best at what she does! Very knowledgeable and explains everything perfectly; makes what would’ve been an otherwise very stressful situation flow quite smoothly. San Jacinto Storage will be my go-to for my storage needs so long as Nicole continues to run the property.

I was recommended to this place for a moving truck rental. Nicole, which turned out to be the manager, pleasently greeted me when I walked in. I talked to her about my needs for moving out of state. She provided the best service anyone can ask for! I especially appreciate her concern for my safety when it comes to finding the right vehicle for the long drive. Thank you, Nicole!
