I ordered for same-day delivery requesting that they be delivered by a specific time. They were able to do that for me and the bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. The recipient loved them. Service, delivery and presentation were fabulous. I'll definitely order from the San Jacinto Florist again.

I had these delivered to my Mom for her birthday and she loved them! We order from here every year for the past few years and they've always been perfect. I highly suggest using this florist if you have the chance!

The flower shop went above and beyond! The website states substitutions may be made but I received a call to select the substituted flower color. Amazing customer service!

I bought flowers in person for my girlfriend and was amazed by how amazing they were. Great customer service and beautiful flowers. This flower shop usually answers the phone every time I call, I also prefer going in person.

I had ordered some flowers for my moms birthday.They didn’t make it on time, even though I was ok with the flowers being dropped off at the gate.A bit of a bummer, and it was after hours and a weekend. Couldn’t do much about it.I believe it was Sylvia(perhaps the owner?) who called me the following day on Sunday; when they’re supposed to be closed!She apologized and gave me the option for a refund, but after talking about what happened, I still wanted to give them my business and have the flowers delivered.They did come through, and mom loved it.The customer service here was beyond impressive and I definitely recommend them!

I went through a third party website and ordered a BEAUTIFUL bouquet, but the website sent them the wrong arrangement information. What we received was NOTHING similar to what I ordered. I called San Jacinto Florist and my order was remade and out for redelivery in a matter of 20 minutes! This mishap was handled so kindly and so professionally!! I highly recommend their services!

I have read the reviews and feel bad for those who received bad service/quality. We, however, received wonderful, attentive service. I was very particular with what I wanted and they came through! We had a beautiful urn arrangement, exactly as I described. The pricing was fair! Very grateful!
