As of today I would not recommend the pharmacy here! I've been getting my monthly prescriptions here for many years and now patiently waited for them to be filled since Monday 12/11/23 never got notified there was a problem so I called and was told they were out of my medication and wouldn't get any until next year! Mind you my doctor is now on vacation so after speaking to the pharmacy manager I contacted my doctors assistant to bother her while on vacation to get lower dose sent in so I don't go thru withdrawal and mind you this was Thursday when I found out and spoke to manager! Well here it is Friday 12/15/23 my doctor called in lower dose then I get text it's too early to fill which last month I filled my prescription on 13th so I called pharmacy again! I was told they didn't have what the manager of the pharmacy told me they had! I'm fit to be tied and can not and shouldn't have to shop around pharmacies to get my prescriptions filled!!!! They do not care if you end up in the hospital and if they don't have what you need they should be the ones to call around their stores or find a different pharmaceutical source to get you what you need!!!! It's a pharmacy which is their business!!!!! Once I get this straightened out if I survive it I will most definitely take my business elsewhere!!!!

Really bad customer service. Go somewhere else! Would not recommend this one. Need to retrain staff on ethics and customer service skills.

I have been coming here for years...there are nice and rude people that work here. Well, my son bought a PayPal card here and after several attempts of trying to activate we decided to go and ask for assistance, the first cashier was rude and no help, sent us over to the manager and I have never experienced such bad customer service...she was so rude and basically ran us off, said there was nothing they can do...I asked her to let me know what I can do to get my money back, she was rude and said sorry there is nothing we can do for you call PayPal. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not buy prepaid cards from here. She's the older white lady with glasses. So rude

This Rite Aid operates with minimal staff, but seems to get the job done no matter what the case. from the manager to the pharmacy technicians Joshua, especially does the job of three people and his associates behind the counter do the great job as well, no matter what the problem. Shout out to Nick. Who's been there as far as I can remember I hope he's getting the accolades he deserves that he worked so hard . The stores ran very well, and the people were friendly and customer service orientated. Never had a problem or an issue with anything. thank you for being in my neighborhood.

This place is a worthless building with incompetent employees and managers that do nothing but say, "no we don't have that..." I've gone in there no less than 10 times, leaving empty handed EVERY TIME! Today was the final time. They should tear this place down, it's a complete waste of space!

Racially profiled. I went to this location a few minutes ago to purchase some junk food. As I approached the register the young man looks at me and asked me if I will be paying with EBT! I was shocked! Regardless of my choice of payment this is not something he asked the person that was infront of me! So why did he ask me? I should have asked for the manager but I just left in shocked. Anyways, there's more than one rite aid, and I will not be visiting this location anymore. Unfortunately I can't give zero stars! Perhaps this young man needs more training or should be working in the back and not with customers...

Just wanted to take a moment to thank the Manager Nick! Each time we go into the store he always takes time to help us out with any little questions we have. No matter how busy he will help us find what we need. I always see him put the customers first. We really appreciate that these days! We also noticed his staff members are always friendly. Thanks again Nick we will keep coming back!!

Rite aid pharmacy has one of the best pharmacists in there I have been very well taken care of and they go over and beyond to explain and help me with all prescriptions

This Rite Aid sucks I go to the college right around the corner so that's the only Rite Aid that's closest to me nobody cleans the restroom there it's always blown up an extra extra cashier comes out the back and try to take somebody off else before me that was behind me I go ape shitt like f*** all that I don't think so then this broad tries to overcharge me and charge me for two red bulls I'm like I don't think so I've been working with numbers all day cashier girl either she's stupid doesn't know how to do her job or trying to make a couple bucks on the side I just want to warn anybody that goes to the store do the math at the register it pays off and who cares if you have a long line of people behind you

This Rite Aid Is fabulous! It's always well stocked, organized and clean. The staff is really great here too, professional, helpful and pleasant which makes my trips here super doable. If there is more than two people in line they open up a second checker, so there are no long lines here. I like the 20% percent discount card and the ability to earn points, it makes a big difference. The pharmacy here is also pretty great.

Came in June 12th 2017 Needed to print out some very important pictures of a car accident to send to my car insurance. As I entered an employee named DAVID ask me if I needed help, I said yes i needed some pictures printed up, but didn't know how to do it . The pictures i needed printed were in storage on my phone and only some where loading. David worked on trying to get all my pictures to load. It took some time but he did it ! He also help me load all my pictures on 2 cd"s. could NOT of done it without him. He was very Polite, Helpful, knowledgeable and Professional. THANK YOU DAVID !!!!

This Rite Aid store is TOP in my book to shop at. The employee turnover rate is extremely minimal. The Store Managers are always helpful and kind. When you walk in, you are almost always greeted. The store shelves mostly are well stocked. The Pharmacy had it's issues last year with having product to fill your prescriptions, and also had it's bumps with having clerks available to assist you. But, Josh and Malou are fantastic! And the clerks (Maria, Rose, and David) are good at acknowledging your presence if they are busy helping another customer. You are greeted with a smile and know me by name and being a longtime customer, they are always very helpful with all requests. I won't go to any other pharmacy.

The employees are mostly friendly. They always have what I need in stock. Ive always had a pleasant experience at this location. I just wish I could catch the thrifty ice cream on sale more often..

The front girls are great. Always greeting with a smile. The pharmacy hustles and there's a lot that goes on back there so please be patient and kind to them. :)

I usually get decent customer service, but this evening was different. When I got inside there was some mopping going on. I went over towards the ice cream where Ashley decided to tell me that they were mopping. I wasn't sure why she was telling me that so I went to look at the ice cream. Ashley asked me if I wanted to go look for other things in the store because the floor behind the ice cream area was wet. I explained to her that I was only there for ice cream. Again she told me the floor was wet. I told her ok and then she started complaining to her associates that she should be able to close down the ice cream area early. This complaining went on for a while. I asked her " is it that big of an issue?" she replied she just mopped and continued huffing and puffing. I was inclined to leave, but then I remember that I am a customer. She was extremely inappropriate. I don't think I will return because I don't want to feel like a burden.
