We replaced all of our old countertops with granite just recently. A new tiled backsplash was also installed. Alan worked with us in taking down a high top bar counter and making it all a one level extended center island. Looks beautiful! The entire job took only about a week, and we are very pleased with the quality and precision of the work. Alan, Corina, and the work crew were a pleasure to work with. Always on time! My wife and I really liked that Alan, although very busy was extremely patient with us in our ideas and concerns, and was at the job site every day getting dirty with his crew. That is very big for me- a business owner who has pride of ownership and pays attention to detail! Look no further for stone work in the area. Alan of Phoenix Stone is your guy!

After contacting or attempting to contact 7 different contractors I decided on Phoenix stone. This is because both the high regard that the stone sources held for them and the responsiveness and genuine interest offered for my rather small bathroom counter job. Because of this we expanded our project to both downstairs and upstairs bathrooms which came out beautiful. Our little job was never treated like a little job. I am a very particular person and after speaking with half a dozen contractors I was immediately sold on doing business with you after our first talk. The communication flowed and our numerous questions were answered, and this combined with the warm regard shown by a stone source for you and your husband sealed the deal. Our small project was never treated as small, and it soon grew to encompass both our bathrooms as a result. Thank you, we love our new granite counters. Installation was also very smooth and professional. We love our new bathrooms.

Phoenix did a great job on our quartz countertop! They are very easy to work with and Alan had great solutions to our tricky window areas. Corina was also very helpful in getting us the materials that we wanted . Demo & installation were quick and painless. I would highly recommend using them!!

All I can say is go with the 5 stars. Had new granite countertops installed and Corina and Alan were a pleasure to work with. The staff at Arizona Tile were great also.

I was referred to Alan and Corina by Arizona Tile and in the beginning they both seemed very helpful. Once I signed the contract and made a large deposit, everything changed. 4 missed appointments with no phone calls, installation not completed when they said they would, promises to solve the problem and then no follow through; and an attitude from both of them that was somewhat unbelievable followed up by nasty text messages. Delay excuses ranged from Alan being sick, Alan being sick again, equipment broke, "they never said that", and on and on. We have been in the process of rebuilding for several months, and I can honestly say that these two were the worst contractors we have dealt with during the entire process. Alan even said to my husband at one point that everyone is always mad at them, and they just don't care anymore. I hired Phoenix Stone because of their Yelp reviews and the recommendation from Arizona Tile. Perhaps they have now bitten off more than they can handle because we certainly didn't receive 5 star treatment. I definitely chose the wrong company and would never encourage anyone to use them.

I got Phoenix's number from Arizona Tile so had never heard of them or dealt with them. We were doing a bathroom remodel. Here we are 3 weeks later......all done and I have to write a review for these guys. We got a few quotes for the granite fabricating....most of them were unresponsive and/or expensive. Corina set a great tone with her cheerful attitude, let alone calling me back, working through a quote and scheduling Alan to come do the measure. We were on a bit of a time crunch and they accommodated wonderfully considering we gave them almost no notice! Alan and the other guy with him (forgot his name) were absolutely terrific! The bathroom pieces they did, from the counter to shower bench to shampoo niches to window sill were all beautifully rounded and look great. My wife and I just couldn't be happier with these guys!

Phoenix Stone did a really good job on my granite counters, they were fast, clean and reliable. Alan, the owner came over and did the templates, super cool guy, About a week later Cory and Homer came over to install. and got it all installed in a couple of hours. Everyone there is on top of it. I highly recommend them.

Around 2007, I started doing business with Phoenix Stone. The first job was my granite slab kitchen countertops. It started with meeting the owner, Alan, at the granite warehouse and selecting just the right slab for the job. The install was painless and all the details were explained and followed through on. Even with multiple veins of quartz, the corners where the slabs connect are blended together so seamlessly that we have never noticed the place where they are connected. We have to look very closely and search for the place where they connect in order to see it. The finishing touches like the polish and edges were completed perfectly and we have no complaints. We get a lot of complements on our kitchen granite. Alan's employees were all professional long-term team members and not hired from the corner hardware store like some of the fly-by-night installers. Over the years, Phoenix Stone has completed our bathroom granite and tile floor. They have also completed granite installs on the kitchens and bathrooms and several of our rentals, as well as tile flooring. Whether you need a show-piece kitchen completed or an economical way to spruce up a property for rent or sale, they will work with you. You can count on a fair price for very high quality work.
