I brought my two terrier/chihuahua mix sisters in for their second visit. They do a really great job shaving them. Both my girls have small skin tags. The groomers are careful not to shave over those spots. We will be back in September.

I took my dog in for one type of cut and was given something completely different. I was told that her hair was very matted, which was not true because I made sure by thoroughly brushing her hair for three days prior to her appointment. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and displeased because this in no way came close to my previous experience with this business. My first visit was awesome. I am not sure if I will risk going back again.

very mad with this place!! i've taken my two yorkies one time before but will never take them here again after my last visit. i made an appointment for thursday at 12:30 and my mom took them. they were there for almost 8 hours!! my moms friend had picked them up and dropped them off to me. they seemed fine at first, but i noticed they were jumping all over me and acting a bit weird. i didn't think anything of it until one of them started licking her leg. i looked at it to see what it was and it was a deep open wound on her inner thigh. i immediately started to get a closer look at it, but she wouldn't let me get too close to it because it hurt so bad. fortunately, my other dog was fine, but i don't know what they did to them for 8 hours. i can only imagine what they must've been going through. my heart hurts to imagine they must've been in pain like this. our first visit i had asked them to leave their legs long and just cut their body. they didn't listen and cut all of their hair. the man working there is also very rude and was making weird and rude comments about me and my boyfriend, asking about his personal life. in the end, i am very upset with this place and will not be taking them here ever again. i DO NOT recommend this place at all!!!

Im not sure if it was just a bad week for them because the last time we came we asked for a short cut but not to shave my dog because shes a boarder collie mix they are meant to have some hair and they did wonderful, said the same thing this time around, I pick up my dog and her whole body is shaved unevenly (patchy ) and her head looks badly trimmed. And I had to pay more this time around and last time I brought two medium dogs for the price i paid this time for one. What is that??

I'm struggling with this review because I really like this place. I think the people are genuinely great, but I have noticed a small decline in the quality of the cut that we've been getting for our dog and the more than 50% increase in the price. It was $80 to have our dog fully groomed here a little over a year ago and now it's $130. I understand inflation, but this just doesn't make sense to me.
