Great service!!! These guys have been amazing helping me with my car. I just tell them the problem and they check it out. To top that off their pricing is AMAZING!!! Best shop and service in town :D I will be coming here from now on!

Don't pass this shop up! Not only did they take our vehicle in on a walk in, but it was a holiday too. The gentlemen were pleasant and knowledgeable. Their work was excellent and spot on! We need more honest, efficient, reasonable vehicle shops like this one in town.

My tire had a blade in it and was losing air fast I was so worried The tire will blow out . I went to Walmart they told me to wait 3-4 hours .i couldn’t wait that long I called O’s Tires and they told me come right down they will have it on in 20 minutes. When I arrive there, they were professional. They got the tire on Louie installed it in less time he was professional and fast the prices were amazing . I’ll never goto Walmart again I’ll always be a life long customer here . Thank you so much

I just want to start off this review by saying thank you!! Thank you to everyone here, y’all have saved me and my husband a few times when we had flat tires or needed new tires, thank you for everything you guys do for getting us in and out in a flash and doing such amazing work handling our new wheels with care and just 10/10 customer service!! I highly reccomend O’s Tires!!

I got my tire replaced at this place, and I definitely recommend it to everyone. Everyone is very friendly and they get the job done fast. Oscar the owner is also very friendly and will work with you. Everyone should come to this pace if you need your car replaced

I usually only give great reviews to support small businesses, however,y experience with O's Tires merits a negative one. A relative recommended I go to O's Tires. Previously I would always go to Desert Tires, but my relative told me that Oscar at O's had better prices. I called to inquire about the pricing for 4x new Hankook tires for my business' truck. The price sounded great so I ordered the tires over the phone because they were currently in stock. Tires arrived, and I take my business' truck for the 4 tires. I went about paying with a business check, hence, my CPA advised I lay with business check whenever possible so as to have a paper trail of all business transactions. This is where it gets interesting, awkward, and shady when things take an unexpected turn. Suddenly, the price changed because I was going to pay with a business check. Nonetheless, the person that I was dealing with was the owner Oscar whom by the way was rude, unprofessional, discourteous, impolite and unmannerly throughout the entire transaction, mind you. I'm a business owner and I certainly do not treat my customers poorly, nor do I act unrefined, mind you. The problem here was that I had already made a check for the new tires at the price that Oscar had given me over the phone. Suddenly, Oscar erupts! "I can't take checks, I don't take those...my bank won't let me deposit checks". That is the most preposterous pretext I've ever heard. I had to explain to Oscar that I'm a business owner and my CPA advised I pay with checks whenever possible and nearly contended with him that I am not the business client he should do wrong. Oscar got upset and his terrible and unkind demeanor became evident. He had raised the price in that moment about $150+ because there was no other way he would accept a business check, mind you. I was baffled, appalled and in disbelief of Oscar's highly unethical business practices. Needless to say, Oscar was making a scapegoat of me for the increased price, mind you. At that point, I had to run another business errand and had absolutely no time to have the new tires removed and get the old tires reinstalled. Hence, I write a second business check in front of him for the increased amount. By now I had 2 checks for the full sales amount. That wasn't enough for Oscar, he only wanted ONE check with the full amount, instead of two checks I had already written and signed. Business checks are expensive, mind you. At that point I was irate, upset, disappointed and had a disgusting/bitter taste in my stomach by such inconsideration on Oscar's behalf. However, I kept my demeanor... I wrote a THIRD business check and took back the first two checks I had already made. Only then was the unkind owner satisfied. [Talk about customer satisfaction!] The owner then claimed that business checks and credit card payments would incur a higher charge because of "sales tax", whereas cash payments would not. Is that not shady? You can get in trouble with the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration for that type of unethical practice. Nonetheless, in retrospect, sales tax in San Jacinto is 8.75%. The increased price was absolutely overpriced that Oscar was clearly charging higher the sales tax rate of 8.75%, mind you! Charging more tax than the established sales tax rate is illegal. I'll never be coming here ever again.

I was refered to O's Tires because i have a rental car and ran over glass and Americas Tires said they couldnt patch the tire and i would have to purchase another. I took the rental car there the patch the tire and got it on the car fast like a pit crew! Def give O's your business and support local small business. also they fixed the tire on my truck that same thing i was told couldn't be repaired! Thumbs up keep up the good work!!
