“First visit here for an oil change. Being greeted and helped took a bit. But when they did, they were friendly and helpful. The tech that did the oil change was cool. Best of all, you can shop while you're waiting. Four stars here!”
“I had a great.Experience at this location from the management down to the service technicians.They swapped out the air on my motorcycle tires and inflated them with nitrogen. The tires heat up alot faster to my preferred riding temperature. The ride feels alot better especially when I'm riding on curvy roads.”

“I WAS WRONG!! (4/12/24)After my last visit, Valvoline customer service sent me a free oil change coupon code. I decided to use it and have it be my last visit. Per Murphys Law, the code wouldn't work. When the manager Jason talked to me, saw the emails, and understood what happened he investigated my last visit on the cameras. What ACTUALLY happened was they showed me MY disgusting air filter, I declined a replacement but the already had a new one at the ready. Another employee installed it ( for free, accidentally) and THAT is the filter I saw later that day. Thank you Manager Jason for researching what really happened, honoring the coupon and restoring my faith in a place I've been going to for years.THEY ARE LIARS!I have been a VERY loyal customer at this location since BEFORE Valvoline took over. I had my oil changed on 1/3/24 and, of course, they "checked the air filter" . Showed me a nasty, dirty filter asking if I wanted them to replace it. I knew I could change it out myself cheaper, so I declined. Went to Walmart the next day bought an air filter for HALF what Valvoline would have charged. Popped the hood on Friday morning and my filter was PRISTINE!!!!. DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU!.”

“I have read the many, many, negative reviews for this business. I am sympathetic to many of them; the desk service is not particularly warm & fuzzy.However, my car is always thoroughly clean. Sometimes this means waiting, but I make a point of not going to a carwash when I'm in a hurry.Today, it is 103 degrees in Hemet. These men & women are working in this heat doing a job I don't want to do for myself. I got to sit in a clean lobby that is nicely air conditioned. And again, my car is very clean, & I am quite picky. It's not a cheap car wash, but it is commiserate to the other car washes in the area.Please consider how wretched it would be to have to be in 103 degree weather for any length of time besides lounging on a beach or a pool. Be kind.”
