No knowledge of customer service, why was I not told all sales final no returns. Needed a charger and the agent seen my phone and gave me the wrong cable. Paid 16 dollars and cannot exchange was trying to charge for another charger. Doesn't ask me if I would rather the wall plug instead. Poor service been a metro member and never had such a terrible experience. This is for location with taco bell.

I been coming into this location for years and I always have a great experience the young ladies are always helpful n knowledgeable about the devices they always try their best to satisfy my needs I prefer this location over the other ones in the area of San jacinto CA I give this location 5STARS at least that's my experience rate Thank you girls

The staff was horrible. I asked about buying a new phone and was told i should not buy the phone I wanted the young lady told me I should buy a phone that was not in stock and had no clue when it would be. She use profanity in front of my young children. Very unprofessional. Will not and do not recommend this location.

Just the constant lying and over charging at every metro I've ever been to is annoying and costly. And it's really no way around it. They always lie and over charge. Every time. At every metro. I know this for a fact. With much experience with them for years!

Website is slow , I look up store phone number and it takes me to customer support then on phone for 5 minutes trying to talk to a person for help because apparently I'm being helped by a robot which is no help at all , all of that just to get the stores phone number that says is out of service when I call. Ii could I'd give this negative 5 stars
