It's time to search for another service provider.
At Metro, IF you are a loyal customer, you get punished.
"You qualify for an upgrade." Oh, but you pay extra, and there's no discount for a new phone.
My son's phone fell and was messed up/unusable. We do share the account ( 2 lines), so we wanted a temporary phone.
The phone he was comfortable with shows a price of $79.89 on their display.
Our price with tax and activation comes to about $198.00.
When I questioned the high cost, because my math didn't make sense, the answer was, "Oh, that's the retail price. You don't get the retail price." I calculated it would be about $115.00. Even if taxes were 20%, it makes no sense.
So, because we are Metro customers, we get slammed?
Thank you, Metro, for considering your customers . Not!
Thank goodness for the nearby GZUP Connection LLC repair store. $80.00 and 30 minutes later, my son's phone is fixed and works perfectly!

Need "Exact" amount only in cash they don't accept coins or over amount in cash to give you the change amount. Regretting coming to pay every time. Don't come to this one if you don't have the full exact cash amount

Andrew and Nancy were the best customer service representatives, and this store was cleanest store i have seen. Thank you Metro PCs for hiring these great representatives.

Horrible customer service. Lady with the pink hair was absolute garbage in assisting us. She was dismissive and rude. Don’t waste your time at this location.

I've never had a problem with Metro in San Diego but Metro in Hemet is Bad long story short I have bought 3 phones that don't work plus I have to pay for line activation when I already did when buying "the new phone". Only 2 weeks with a "new phone" and they say I am the only costumer with this problem. Never going back to this store or any Metro store. Phones don't cost $10 dlls... we paid a lot of money for a phone with no value at all.

Brought in my own iPhone tall blond lady helped me paid 250 just for the activation , SIM card, & the month. I’m now switching to boost with a new phone for basically the same makes no sense

My wife and I were just in the store shopping for a phone for her and a Hispanic lady that was working refused to speak English to my wife and only spoke Spanish to me when we were there for my wife and her phone she happens to be a white woman but the lady refused to help her or speak to her in English
