*******, the owner and lead Mechanic of Latinos Auto Repair, is the best Mechanic I had in the past four years. He has fixed my 15-yr-old car a few times repairing it to be like new again. His prices are affordable and he is very professional in the work he does. ******* is highly experienced in auto mechanics, he does the work with great care and in record time, and he is very dedicated to his clients. I feel so fortunate to have him as my mechanic and I really appreciate the great service he has provided me.

On Monday, April 17th, I took my 2008 Ford Focus to Ricardo thinking I might need brakes, When I dropped it off in the morning I told him," I am not sure what is wrong, but the car shakes and you know how you just know something is wrong." He said no problem and he would test drive it and would call me when he knew something. He called me Tuesday and told me the brakes were fine , and he tightened something (I forget) that was loose in the rear of the car. He also cleaned up the battery terminals which had battery corrosion built up and sprayed the area with a product that would prevent it from reoccurring. He also checked the oil etc.Fantastic service and rates. I finally found a great, honest mechanic. And he understood " I know something is wrong" and made it right. My car rides so smooth now. LATINOS AUTO REPAIR in San Jacinto has been in my service for a long time, but today, Monday, April 17, 2023, RICARDO that is the mechanic and owner of LATINOS made a mistake in my truck and I called him to tell him that he left something wrong with the brakes. The first thing he told me was that it was my fault because I distracted him by talking to him, and I wasn't even talking to RICARDO when he was fixing my family truck. I got upset because he gave me that answer when he knows that it wasn't my fault. I didn't just see him as a mechanic, I saw him as a friend.

I highly recommend going to a different auto repair service I brought my car to be looked at for an air compressor over a week has past I started having trouble with so i took my car to a Ford dealership to get looked at, the mechanics there told me that I was giving an old compressor, that I need to get repaired at. I took back to Latinos Auto Repair for my warranty he did the job but then after a day or two my car started making more sounds I asked the mechanic to have it looked at but he kept on insisting to bring another day. Now that I brought it to him he said it's not he's problem due to the fact it's not the compressor so he won't look at. Overall story don't bring your vehicle you'll pay so much money to have more problems here.

Absolutely the best mechanic I have ever work on my vehicle! Very reliable, responsible and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend to everyone. This mechanic is extremely honest and will only do work that is needed. Calls before doing anything that wasn't discussed before but need or should be done. Fantastic prices compared to competitors.
