Place started off fine back in 2018 but over the years it has become a dump. My trailer was just broken into for the second time this year. Needless to say I canceled immediately afterwards. There are plenty of other places around.

I would not recommend any use of this storage facility. Nobidy can be reached at any time. Voicemail full. Nobody answers calls
Vacate notice given during business hours and nobody is there. Business hours Tues, Thursday and Saturday.....really. No personnel on site during thise hours now over two weeks. Nobody confirmed vacate. Will have to cancel card on file so the charges (which were raised without prior notification done properly.
No excuse for BAD business practices. Customer service does not exist at guard dog storage.
Notice to Vacate given 6.10.23 and 6.15.23 no response from any personnel ever.
The ice machine never worked the facility is filthy and office is beyond repair.

Wow, what a joke this place has become. Been storing my camper here for years and have watched it get bought out many times and each time it changes hands the service gets worse. Well I was just informed they were bought out again this month and they are raising the rent about 20%. When I asked them why because the service has got worse they responding because the can and they plan on raising the rates twice a year from now on. This aside, there is never anyone in the office, they say Saturday is the only day for office hours but don't even try, they aren't even there on Saturdays. The front gate gets broken often and I've seen people trapped inside with the police there trying to figure out how to get them out because it's impossible to get anyone from the office. They have stray cats the spray all the rigs and eat plastic pieces on your rigs and when I got called from someone at the office about the pricing, the caller ID showed they were calling from the Banning KOA campsite so if you did have an emergency at this place, the employee can't respond because they are working at a campground 40 mins away. Been there for years but taken my business elsewhere. And when the cops were at the place, they said they have had break ins here and since it seems it's widely known no one is ever at this place I see why. Garbage service

This place is a fucking joke. Picking up my first travel trailer on Saturday I'm pretty nervous about the whole deal so I reserve a spot at this place for $25 down. Figure it's a bit out of the way but it's affordable. Call on Thursday to see if I can do a site survey Thursday afternoon to make sure I'm good on Saturday. No Answer. I look on the site...Oh according to the site they are closed. No Problem I'll call on Friday at 0830 when the site says they'll be open and do the site survey on Friday evening still gives me 24 hours. Call on Friday multiple times no answer. I finally let it ring forever and the voice mail comes on informing me they are closed contrary to the website so I leave a message. This is Friday morning/midday. No problem I'm not due to pick up my trailer till 1215 so I'll go when they open to check out the spot. I drive over there and am there just after opening. No one around. I wait until 1010 and call multiple times. Nothing. The same voice mail informing me they are open on Saturdays at 0930...It's 1000. I don't have time for this shit so I head toward my appointment with the RV center and ask to leave it there one more day. At 1545 Saturday I finally find a place but it closes at 1600 and the lady was nice enough to stay late to get me a spot(that's what fucking customer service is actually being there). As I'm closing the deal I get a call from these idiots. It's after 4PM on Saturday(left my message over 24 hours earlier) and they are just now returning my call. Eat shit. You left me high and dry that ship has sailed. Not to mention what if there is a problem with the gate or other emergency? I didn't even bother to ask for my $25 back. If I could even get a hold of these clowns and I'm sure they'd just give me some bullshit song and dance about it be non-refundable. Listen if you're looking to store your RV I would seriously consider doing business with an organization(not organized) like this. How hard is it to check your site and adjust the hours? I can tell you from the IT industry not that hard literally takes 1-2 minutes. If they are slack on these very important details do you want to entrust your expensive equipment in their care?Note their Website - Google - Yelp hours don't even match. Images attached.

Very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of follow thru. Was told upon signing storage contract they were adding paneling to the perimeter chain link fence this was in 2021. It is 2023 and it has still yet ti be placed resulting in break in and theft. People are just cutting the chain link then stealing from trailers/rvs. No communication from the facility about currents issues with theft. I happened to drive by and found my trailer and many other around me had been broken into. I was assured video surveillance was available. Now the facility is not responding to emails requesting communication or answering the phone.This isn't our first issue. The electric fence had broke and was just open for anyone to come and go. Not once did someone left us know so we could either move our trailer while it wasn't "secure" or make sure we checked in regularly. Many times I have called for concerns is regards to the trailer next to mine being parked over the lines preventing me from moving my trailer in or out. The facility never returned calls.The price might be more reasonable in comparison to others but the service is lacking. They boast about the amenities available, however nothing is working. Please do yourself a favor and find another storage facility.

I have stored my toy hauler at this facility for the last 1.5 years. I have had several issues the storage facility is going down hill. Amenities are broken and not being repaired like ice machine air fill station facility is dirty lot of run down garbage vehicles being stored here. Sketchy characters dropping and picking up cars when I have picked up in the evening. We were broken into on 5/29/23 we found it 5/30/23 they did not contact us we found it. They could not provide video footage they have yet to call back. Voicemail is full they have not responded back to emails. We have had prior issues with neighbors vehicles leaking diesel fuel under our trailer they took weeks to put absorbent on it then never cleaned it up it continued to leak after that. We had a neighbor parking over the line unable to open our side door. They have several spaces available for a reason.

The staff is very kind and respectful. The storage spaces are spacious and comfortable. The rates are fair and the overall asthetics of the place are pleasant. Convinient location. Definetely recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Long, very long story short. After having a travel trailer stolen from another facility, we were assured our 2021 travel trailer would be secure there and it wasn't. It got broken into after only being there 1 month. The manager lied to my face telling me "it's strange that my trailer was the only one targeted" and "you can see there's no access to the perimeter of the facility". Lies. He had already repaired the entry point. Come to find out from the sheriff there were a couple more the same night broken into. Ugh so frustrated.

Mr. Joshua is a awesome person, very personal and always warm and welcoming. His facility is awesome and he is a amazing person to deal with. Very few storages places are like this in San Jacinto. I would highly recommend this safe location.
