Well, I always love going to this place because of the food that they always keep you cooked, they sell vegetables, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, bread, cookies, and many other things. They also send money to Central American countries and Mexico. This is really an excellent place that offers good services I am very happy to visit them

Very racist and uncomfortable place to shop. Workers insult you to your face in spanish assuming that you can't understand them, and laugh amongst coworkers. Rude and unprofessional. The store is apestoso. If you are not mexican, you are not welcome here.

I gave an employee a container of strawberries that had a huge patch of mold. The employee handling the trash discarded the strawberries with mold and took the rest of the container back to be sold. Mold spores can spread to others and spoil early.

I hate the location of this store, but it isn't their fault. I love the candy section in this store. I come frequently just to buy candy and every now and then I order some street tacos. They are good. However, I feel they are overpriced. The produce section is also overpriced. The fun part of this store is trying to figure out where the open cashier will be that day. They are all over the place. I think they are all very kind, but the guessing game in there makes me feel uncomfortable

Went to get a money order ,checker needs a class on good customer service. It has been every time I have gone in to get a money order she is rude, never smiles or greets customer. She acts like she hates her job and everyone in it. I CAN SEE IF SHE IS NOT HAVING A GOOD DAY BUT THIS IS YOUR JOB TRY TO CRACK A SMILE FOR GODS SAKE! ¹I think it is very important to make customers feel welcome and that they are getting great service or customers will go else where.There is 1 checker that im familiar with and she usually greets me she has also asked why I dont go there often.I prefer to go to the other location very friendly and helpful they make you feel welcome they are never rude!

Went to the store to buy some foods and when i asked if anyone is work on cashiers desk to pay for it they weere lughing at me and making fun of me these were employees at el toro been goning there for years there are rude to everone there pricices are extremely expensive with. A ppl with disabilities dont shop here for food if my life depends on it shop somewhere eles tbat treats u with respect and kindness not

This food has flies on the food and the food is salty the sauce is water down salsa and chicken is dried and they leave the food out all night and salsa gave me diarrhea and made me nausea for two weeks.
