Glad I did my research on this place. The reviews say it all. Communication thru out the whole process was great. They replaced my rear bumper off of my 2021 Lexus IS350 with original parts. Job came out clean. Car came out clean with a car wash. Customer service was great. Warranty for life as long as I don't sell the car. As a automotive manager these guys did great. If I can give them ten stars I would. Oh wait⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?ok 10 stars....

9k down and my car still had to be towed home. It took 3 months in the shop for them
to tell me that they needed an additional $600 for the alternator. The replacement parts where of a real cheap material. The car had missing cosmetic parts and was not cleaned as promised. I will never recommend anyone to go here if anything stay away, it a major rip off.

Everything was going good till the end, I was not notify that my car was ready and I ended up picking up my car 2 days later. And my insurance won't pay for those 2 days and now I have to pay.

Was told my car would take any where between 3-4 weeks. I got my car back 7 weeks later.
Little to no communication. When I originally called for an update (because I wasn’t receiving text updates) the receptionist was rude.
