The worst towing company in the ie highly don't recommend this company wind n sea towing way better if you south of the ie plus they don't very unprofessional trust me they keep people keys to and act like they don't know what happened

These low life's towed my car from an accident in Hemet on a Saturday evening. We had them release vehicle to Gosch Ford first thing Monday morning. When even stopped at Desert towing and we were told our car was on the way to Gosch Ford. When we arrived at Gosch they told us our car was just dropped off and it was parked in the back. It was definitely totalled. We asked if we could get all of our belongings, and we were told yes, of course. When we walked up to the car, I noticed right away that my tire valve stem caps were missing. Yes, they are only a $10 item, but they were a special gift to me by my deceased father. It's a sentimental thing for me. We called AAA and they were very nice and compassionate about the situation. Its just a shame that someone would stoop that low. It was definitely someone from the tow yard that figured they were entitled to my valve stem caps. Thanks for listening.

This towing service isn't to be recommended to anyone.The towing service here in san jacinto ca is in the back pockets of the riverside county sheriffs, recently getting into an altercation about my vehicle being "towed" & having it being "towed" not impounded. Now waiting until monday due to conveniently the towing service needing a "release" form from the sheriff, which is closed until monday & early on friday apparently

I needed a tow to the mechanic for a project truck yesterday. I called them via AAA. About 15 minutes later, Zack came with the flatbed. He was very clean, kind, personalble, and Fast. I want to send a shout-out to Zack. Thank you for excellent customer service. If I owned a tow company, I would steal you from them.

Driver on the 60 west at 8:50 am driving unsafe speeds and riding our tail. Unsafe lane changes. I would not trust this company.

So these guys I use the most mostly because of AAA but I wouldn't have it any other way these guys are the best and professional towing Co around I usually can't stand those damn tow truck guys I thought of them in a very dim light but Desart towing has restored my faith in trustworthy towing buss so thank you you have given me jump starts opened locked car doors sold me a battery picked up my vehicles and delivered them safe and sound from A to B and back to A . They never been late and seldem I had to wait very long drivers are the best curious and prof smell good and groomed nice uniforms just what you need from a service that they provide so yes I recommend Desart towing five stars*****

I usually have two sets of keys on me for I received multiple concussions in the military and I locked my keys in the vehicle all the time... I thought I could just run to the grocery store and come backbut upon my return I jumped out of my vehicle left the keys in there with everything else and when I called AAA and they passed the word to Desert Towing,they requested if they could see if they could put a rush on it, Friday evening I said hey you know I understand I'm patient I'll be happy for y'all just to show up but Dan dropped everything and came right over.my vehicle is not easy to break into but he did a fine job, smooth & Swift.Thank you Dan, very much appreciated!!

Amazing and fast! Neighbor had locked keys in car w her kids inside. Desert Towing sent someone within 10 minutes and Andrew, the tech, had it open in seconds. And he was so good w her young son. Showed him the tow truck and totally made him feel better. And made mom feel better too. What a great help and such a blessing in a scary moment.
