I love the Store. And I see it's close to where I love. The Customer service is phenomenal from everyone, except this lady with the glasses she always be rude, always trying to intimidate me. I try to be the bigger person and ignore her yet my deduction is she thinks am from Jamaica and I am not am from Trinidad. I thought she hated black people not the case and soon as I come in the store it's intimidation tactics and attitude. She kinda a mature woman maybe in her 50 year bracket yet she wear glasses she always make my experience bad.

I had a $15 SafeTussin cold medicine I needed to return as it's didn't work for my cold, however empty. But the store manager gave an example of returning a candy bag empty. Anything has to be a small amount in order to be returned... I had a good reason to return, my cold symptoms had gotten worse anyway!!! Not because I don't like a candy...I won't finish it if it doesn't taste good...

Tonight was my first communication with the pharmacy about my new prescription. The pharmacy staff that I spoke with was rude, hurried and unhelpful. So far I'm not impressed.

I always enjoy coming to this CVS! Everyone working there is so knowledgeable about the products and promotions. The inventory is also always being stocked and everything looks neat.

I was trying to return a knee brace from another CVS, with my receipt in hand. And was told that they do not accept returns from other CVS stores. Which sounds asinine to me. Then the Assistant Manager told me, "We can use our discretion with returns." Which sounds like straight out discrimination. I started to contact the corporate office and hire an attorney, because this isn't right! They should be ashamed of themselves.

I am thankful to God for Angel at this location. The manager here has an amazing team of people, that take others a privilege. Angel in the pharmacy is truly an Angel from heaven.

This is a horrible pharmacy for prescriptions. It used to be good, but in the last few months, they have made mistakes on my husband's prescriptions every month. Their computer errors have caused us a lot of unnecessary calls to our insurance company to fix things. They are also very difficult to work with.

I have had great customer service experiences always with two ladies that work here. Chris and Michelle always go out of their way to help me and give good conversation and you can tell them care about their customers and the service they provide. Thanks ladies.
