The soda that I was looking for was out of stock at another Stater Brothers. They only had 2 cases left on the shelf. I needed 3 cases for the sale price. The young gentleman was working hard stocking shelves. He was very helpful in getting me more cases with a smile. After driving around to different Stater Brothers stores his attitude made a difference. Thank you Jovannie.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Chose a Broccoli Ginger Salad. It was delicious. The salad contained large chicken pieces, celery, mandarin oranges slices, cashews and other ingredients. At $8.99 a pound-I only bought 1/2 pound, which is still less than hamburgers in the area. Will definitely go back for this salad.

A Southern California staple, stater brothers is a way better choice to grocery shop in comparison to Walmart and target. It's horrible that these supermarkets are crushing mom and pop type grocery stores. The customer service is excellent and despite groceries costing a little more than big box supermarkets, it's well worth it to shop here! Plus, the selections are much better and higher quality than other grocery stores. Great quality!Summary: always choose staters over Walmart

The organic food selection is horrible. It puts a bad rap on eating organic. Figure out how to make these desirable foods attractive and find better growers...please I have to tread lightly here with this review because I have to take many things into consideration such as not to be invited back to the store because I think they know me by now. I do my limited essential shopping here. I do have to agree with the many of the assorted comments below in the other reviews. I always leave feeling that I could have had a better shopping experience. I have come to "perceive" this may be because the managers set the tone of this place. Chis and the other (assistant manager?)..I will find out, impress me as Wall Street "types"....monogrammed Brooks Bros. shirt sleeves, precision haircuts, pressed clothes (likely they their "unders" are pressed as well) so perfectly (spit shined) groomed as though they are going to a board meeting at J.P. Morgan. And their people skills are lacking I. I am even afraid to ask a question. This is Stater Bros. in San Jacinto, not VINTAGE GROCERS in Malibu, so don't act like you're managing a celebrity store. We are in cow s*** country! These guys "rush rush" This is a people pleasing job, ain't it? BE NOT SO STERN and lighten up. Find a different approach. When I ask when the Nitro Pepsi will arrive in the store, try to find out for me. Find out about it. It must show it on a log somewhere? and don't give me the look that I don't know what I am talking about. People want to try it big time. I will share my thoughts in person, when I can catch up with you.

I have gone to two different stores looking for Pepsi Zero in six pack bottles. I am starting to believe you have fallen into the WOKE stuff going on as I see plenty of Coca Cola products but hardly any Pepsi Zero's. I shouldn't have to drive all around Hemet and San Jacinto just to try and find Pepsi Zero, if you don't have enough of a product I would recommend buying more stock. Many of us have boycotted Coca Cola products due to their WOKE training of their employee's which means you might make more money if you carried more of the Pepsi products such as six pack bottles of Pepsi Zero. You are in a neighborhood where Seniors are trying not to drink too much sugar.

They are the worst stocked store ever. I don't think I have ever shopped there and been able to get everything I wanted. I'm not talking about sale items or things in short supply because of covid. I'm talking about everyday items. Example: they have not had vegetarian canned chili for three weeks now! And they don't bother asking if you have your own bags, they just start bagging. Even though it was pretty clear I had my own bags. The law wasn't enacted so the stores could use bags to up their profit margin. (10¢ doesn't sound like much until you realize the thousands of bags they go through.) If there was another market in the valley I would be going there but they have a monopoly.

This is my neighborhood stater brothers so I come here all the time. I was very disappointed in how the service ran this morning. There were a number of people in line in an orderly fashion when management came out and told him how they would let people win people got out of line and ran to the door. It was very unfair to the woman that had been in line with me since 615 this morning that she was not one of the first individuals I got to go to the store. We must correct this and get some type of order. Unfortunately these are terrible times and people are stressed but we need to have order to the chaos. The manager did his best to try to rectify the situation which is greatly appreciate it, but at the end of the day we need a better system. I do want to say at the end of all of this I appreciate all the workers at my local stay to Brothers they are doing a great job and without them we wouldn't have what we need.

Thank you for opening early for the seniors. 15 minutes is not enough time for the elderly. A little bit more would be great.

The hatch chili event was disappointing. First the chili's were mixed but we were assured there would be hot chili's in the box. 50lbs and we tried several when we got home all were mild, very sad looks like we still have to drive to New Mexico to get our yearly supply.

Prices have definitely gone waaaaay up! Ads don't get my attention. Wish Vons was still here. Update to update. Suddenly things are clear. I saw where an executive from Albertsons has taken over. That explains a lot. The ugly blue shirts, the huge price increases, the mediocre ads, sign work and merchandising changes and the store like a morgue on Friday evening on the first of the month! The Stater Brothers we all knew and loved is gone.

Great people !! Local grocery store if they don’t have your item ask if they can order it.
