CHEERY STAFF w/ GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The young lady at the teller booth was super friendly with my grandmother. My grandmother knows very little English and luckily for us she was bilingual in Spanish! She was very helpful, patient and walked us through my Grandma's transaction. Also, the manager was nice she greeted us in and welcomed us. The bank is very spacious with several comfy chairs and a large couch. There's security outside which makes me feel a bit safer. The drive-thru ATM is awful. It's in a super tight spot and very dangerous as the parking lot is already very tight with limited space. I wouldn't recommend the drive-thru. I would just do the outdoor ATM or go in.

This bank does not want to assist you. They make you wait for over an hour and tell you at the end they tell you they can't help you. Jose made us check in but said oh we can't help anymore. I was here since 12:30 and they close at 2:00pm it took him over an hour to say sorry can't help you. Like what I came here is to add someone to my account but yet all the works are on the phone (person cell phone) or making jokes. An hour for Jose to say oh we can't do nothing anymore. Worst bank ever

Probably one of the worst at Customer Service at a bank I've ever experienced. I definitely won't be banking with Chase.

This bank sucks ... the machines are old nothing works it's always closed ... the atm outside all 3 are old and out dated they never answer the phones the customer service sucks I can go all day talking crap maybe it's the location but employees always got attitude too I'm gonna change my bank

Since I moving out here in July 2021 I've been coming to this bank. I've always had good experiences. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Even the security guard is super nice. Definitely recommend coming here. The parking lot and drive through can be a little hectic at time. It all depends on what time of the month your planning on coming inn.

Chase locked my account due to NO fault of myOwn! I went in to attempt to get it fixed and the teller Manny was EXTREMELY RUDE to me and was giving me an attitude, I'm already frustrated this bank lockedMy account and didn't notify meAbout ANYTHING just waited for meTo figure it out on my own. Now they are making it 10x harder to get it fixed! I just want myDamn money released to me and for y'all to not play games and NOT give me an ATTITUDE AND TREATME POORLY! I've had my account over a year and have NEVER had any issues till now! As soon as this is resolved I'm taking my money and going to a different bank!

Line out the door and manager is more concerned where people are standing than helping out the only 2 tellers. Annoyingly slow.
