This store is not very helpful . Always trying to upsell . I went in because a customer service over the phone said I needed a new SIM card . I was informed before going in that they are $15 . Once I arrived the girl "store manager "charged me $25 . Back on the phone with customer service I was told $25 was only if she helped me set up the new phone . Which she did not . Very unprofessional for the store manager to be charging prices that are incorrect . Got my $10 back but will not be coming back to a store that steals from their own customers .

Definitely recommend this boost mobile store. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable to help with any problem. This will be my go to store whenever I need an upgrade or problem fixed. Thanks to Jose and Elmy for running a great store.

The store associate is great! I went in there with my father today and he patiently answered ALL of our questions with a friendly smile. We are definitely looking forward to doing "the switch" to Boost. They have name brand phones like LG and Motorola for FREE or $9.99!

the worst customer service with a fake smile and a strong ability to b******** don't stand behind products and the customer is screwed once purchased. i spent over 2 hundred dollars took home to charge and it never woke up took it back and they acted like it was my issue which turned out to be the truth no refund no swap out no help but lotz of denial and went around me to help new victims. neer would id let anyone deal with this company. id offer every customer i see go in there cab fisrt month just to take there business elsewhere and give anyone else there business long as it was the stic and his bt
