Was assisted by Alec who helped fix my issue and return the incorrect hardware, most other autozones I’ve been to and I’m the only customer but still had to wait. Here It was quick and easy and with the help of Venus, Alec issued my refund and I was on with my day! 5/5 Amazing customer service and very quick service!

Wow what a great Store..clean organized and Valerie assisted me. Great service and helpful! Valerie was knowledgeable and handled my request fast. Nice to see employees who enjoy their work...and are professional. thanks Valerie....my first time there, but I'll be back.....

Horrible expiriences here I buy a new battery in thi White lady she is employee from Autozone she told me she is not going to help me to change my battery when I already ask for the other hispanic employee to help me to change it I honesty this is very race person I did not ask her name but you can see her face on the picture when I buy the battery I have the recived in the day in time this happen I feel so angry the way she say say to me in act with me that I can return back the battery because she can not help me in the other hispanic employe I ask him in I need my new battery because Someone is going to help me to put in to my car the new battery he made me to wait longer when I already buy my new battery this is very bad services in the white lady the empleye she told me to go take it by my self the battery wow really??? what kind employee are here to help in support the client!!! today 01-11-24 around time 7:05pm

AutoZones recruiting Team really needs to find People that Actually know How to Fix, Work or Even Talk About Vehicles and There Parts..... I don't expect auto parts stores to be clean but this one was! Angelique was helpful and patient with all my questions. I had a headlight out and needed some ideas to make them brighter because my lenses are foggy. She gave me a few options and didn't pressure me.

I absolutely love this store! The managers there I don't know their names but one of them is a female really friendly is usually there in the mornings and the other is an African American male. The rest of the crew/staff also are always upbeat and super friendly!

Venus is exceptional in her customer service with a middle aged lady -me! I came in with my cars check engine light on (never fun) and she promptly went out holding the door for me and hooked up the gadget to my vehicle.Venus then directed me to start my car and let me know when to shut my car down.Mechanical stuff baffles me but she treated me with respect no smirks only smiles. Again she held the door for me on the way in and printed out the code on my car. She then took the time to explain what it meant. I’m super appreciative of her customer service and knowledge. She is a great asset to AutoZone and her community.
