Looking to have some service done on my German Cars. Very disappointed, I called this shop for appt 4 times, and also sent emails. waited more than a month then I did it all over again. They never returned my calls or emails. one day I decided to drive over and they were closed but what I saw was disturbing. I seen a customers Black Porsche Cayenne in the parking lot with the Moon roof open and it was raining. The next day I went over there to set appointment. The guy looked at my car and set appointment. He was not friendly and looked like a Mexican cartel mafia guy..LOL after that I went home to read the online reviews clicking on "Lowest score" reviews. After reading these I never went back.

Thank you to the Autohaus Bavaria Team. Had the camshaft adjuster magnets, spark plugs and coils replaced on my Mercedes Benz S-Class (W222) . They provided a quote for the work, scheduled my repair and had it done in a timely manner. Very pleased with my experience and look forward to having more preventative maintenance and/or repairs done at Autohaus Bavaria. I went to get an oil change at the BMW dealership and the diagnostics on my car said I need rear brakes and rotors and one of my engine mounts was collapsed. The quoted amount was ridiculous as expected. I saw this place previously and decided to give them a call. Joel was very knowledgeable and his quotes on the aforementioned were more reasonable. It took less than a day to get the work done and it's a good thing I did, because they let me know the second mount was completely damaged as well. So far I am very pleased with their service and will return in the future if necessary.Replaced rear diff mounting bushing for an affordable amount in comparison to the dealership price.

Not Good.... They claimed to be European car Experts, but Didn't want to even Look at My Fiat... Rude and Unprofessional, they told Me Find Somewhere Else. Either way, As You drive into there Lot, they have a Lot of Vehicles that Look like they Can't or Don't know how to Fix, So Probably a Good Thing They Didn't want My Car There... Unfortunately there is no Way to Find A Real Trustworthy Mechanic these Day...

Joel is one of the best in the business I was told I needed a new engine and was quoted a price over 12,500 but Joel didn’t think that was the case and was able to find the real cause and fix it now my car is running better than before they really went the extra mile and I have nothing bad to say keep up the good work AHB and if your on the fence with getting work done here don’t be they’re fair extremely knowledgeable and are willing to work with you to get the job done

Had my steering column replaced in my BMW. They worked with my insurance and got my car back to me in 24 hours. Highly recommend this place if you live in Hemet/San Jaccand drive a foreign car!

Not sure what happened here. I called and made an appointment to stop in with my new, used car. The owner met me and we spent quite a bit of time looking at the car and creating a list of work to be done. He then took me into the office and entered everything into the computer and took my contact info. He told me he would work up a price quote and get back to me. It has now been two weeks. Never heard a thing. I guess they don't need my business? Too bad. Found another European auto mechanic and have now hired them to do the work. Thousands of dollars worth. Ridiculous.

Joel was awesome!!!I called Joel on Monday and he got my car in on Wednesday and he was done by Friday. very reasonable prices, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and the customer service is beyond approach. The only big difference between the dealership and Autohaus Bavaria is the prices.You may lose the video clips of services done but you don't lose any quality in workmanship!!!!FYI Joel, if you guys have the time, those videos would be a great touch but, it is understandable if you can't do themagain GREAT SERVICE
