This is the only place we bring our cars. These guys are the most honest, trustworthy and reasonable mechanics out there. From diagnosis to actual repairs, they always explain the problem and how they can fix it. We don’t go anywhere else.

We are so disappointed with our purchase. There are so many cosmetic and structural things that are in need of repair. Their warranty is no better than any other brand, expect to have to leave it at the dealership for a while to get anything fixed under warranty. Authorized mobile technicians are far and few.Just some of the issues we have are cabinetry doors and drawers not closing properly, coming off tracks, hinges pulling out of the wall. Soft spots in the floor. The island is wobbly. The thermostat works fine for the A/C but no heat. The fridge gets iced up on the inside and doesn’t defrost. Some of the electronics turn themselves off and on by themselves randomly. Crown molding and trim is pealing itself off the wall. They have put a heat vent in the floor of the bathroom, directly behind the toilet and right next to the shower. The air conditioner is extremely loud.For what these things cost, I was really expecting it to be a little bit better than my last one, unfortunately that is not the case.

Nowadays its hard to find a good honest mechanic/auto shop. Alliance Diesel has exceeded my expectation in finding that shop that "does things the way they use to". I thought that gone were the mechanics of yesterday and now i dont even call them mechanics anymore....just "code readers" lol but Alliance will pick apart your vehicle and pinpoint the problem David, William and team will take care of you and treat your vehicle like it was their own

Dave and the guys are the very best! Knowledgeable and thorough. We burned up our brakes coming down the mountain…. Dave and the guys took great care of our RV right away. After diagnosing the problem they called us right away with our options and pricing. Pricing I will add was very fair! Once the plan was agreed to, they got to work and knocked it out in just a few days…. The only delays were waiting for parts from the dealer. They shared pictures of everything they found and did throughout the process. Very impressed! I highly recommend Alliance to everyone! Thank you Alliance Diesel for taking such great care of us.

Sometimes, mistakes happen. What happens after is often what makes or breaks a business. Although my experience wasn't perfect like all the other 5 star reviews, it's the extra lengths that Will the manager took to make things right that impressed me the most. I won't go into detail other than to say that when the time came to really prove that they're an honest operation, I was pleasantly surprised...it's tought to find that kind of integrity these days. Cheers fellas, keep up the good work. ?

Absolutely, best shop and team around! We travel full time with a truck and camper and were in need of a full service as well as have our transmission looked because of some concerning noises. Thank you to the team at Alliance Diesel for going out of there way to make sure we were in good running order to make it home to Canada. They also allowed us to spend a few nights in our camper at the shop while getting repairs done. If you are in an RV, Motorhome or any big rig. These guys are the go to shop in the area!
