Terrible Service at Wells Fargo: Failed to Print an Address Letter in 25 MinutesI experienced extremely poor service at Wells Fargo. I arrived at the bank at 8:50 AM and was the first in line. Upon entering at 9:00 AM, a Chinese-speaking woman, around 50 years old, informed me that others had appointments, some made more than ten days prior, and asked me to wait aside. Despite no other customers present, she did nothing and refused to assist me while sitting at her desk. I questioned whether walk-in services were no longer allowed and if printing an address letter required such advanced booking. Finally, she allowed me to sit but repeatedly rushed me, stating others were waiting. She demanded my driver's license, bank card, and utility bill for proof before printing the address letter. Then she hurried me out, saying the next appointment had arrived. This was the worst service I've ever received; I will never return after wasting 25 minutes just sitting there. In contrast, at the Temple City Wells Fargo, it took only 3 minutes to print the address letter with just my bank card. I strongly advise against visiting this branch.Terrible service. It took me 25 minutes to get an address and send an email but failed: a Chinese-speaking woman was about 50 years old. Worst service. I came to queue at 8.50. The first person who walked in at 9.00 told me that everyone else had reservations. They made an appointment 10 days ago and asked me to wait nearby. This woman didn't do anything, even sitting on the chair. The key is that there is no one there. I asked her if she can’t come in to do business in the future? Do I need to make an appointment 10 days in advance to write an address letter? Finally, I was asked to sit down and go through the process. They told me again and again that everyone else had reservations. Look, they were waiting. They asked me over and over again. They asked me for my driver’s license, bank card, and utility bills before they could write an address letter. Then they told me about the next person. Already here, kick me out, worst service, never come. Wasted 25 minutes sitting and waiting. I went to Temple City Wells Fargo and typed out the address letter in 3 minutes. It was that simple. All you need is a bank card. Never come to this bank.

Everytime I go to this branch they never help me, because they say I need an appointment for a simple question. Even if they’re not busy they don’t help me

The staff are very rude because they are anxious to get off work. I waited there for twenty minutes. Only one lady tried to help, but she had other customers. Kenneth had available ,someone just jumped it ,he spoke with attitude! Unfriendly! I saw a lot peoples complain about him!

This branch gives priorities to certain ethnicities only. If you are Indian (India), they will allow you to skip the line to attend you, if you are Chinese (China) same rules apply. I was skipped twice in line and the ruthless lady on the teller side didn't care I was next. I let the Branch manager know about this discrimination towards Hispanic/Latino people at this branch. Such a shame, I'll be going to another branch in the area now. They probably think I'm not University educated or have a low paying job so the (branch) looks down on me. That's okay, this will be escalated for sure, as this was all captured on video. It's the year 2021, and this discrimination is still occurring in a city with a Spanish name? Wow, okay San Gabriel branch.

I never think to review banks or branches, but I really want to say thank you to Dinah and Linda who went above and beyond to assist me when I needed information about my account, including spending time to call the corporate office for very specific information. We sat on the phone while corporate was getting the information, which took almost a half hour, so I greatly appreciate their patience with me. Thank you ladies for providing wonderful customer service!

Best customer service at a bank I have received since 2010. Dinah (the employee that assisted me) and her sidekick (sorry I don't remember her name) went above and beyond the call of duty to open an account for me. I highly recommend this branch for your banking needs.
