This Wells Fargo branch is poorly managed. Only one teller serving customers. The lady who is presumably supervisor failed to step up to help customers; on the other hand taking on the phone. Very poor customer service. Banker staff is so unprofessional and unknowable about their banking system and procedures.

They suck. I needed 3 checks and they charged me $3....... $3 to use my money..... she was kind enough to say she could get the manager to waive the fee.... Another 10 minutes

Very bad customer service this bank only has 1 teller and 1 banker. To cancel an account, you have to set up appointment. I have 4:30pm appointment and still waiting.. I'm closing all my accounts literally takes over 2 weeks of waiting.. wow amazing this is third world service .. horrible customer service

This branch gives priorities to certain ethnicities only. If you are Indian (India), they will allow you to skip the line to attend you, if you are Chinese (China) same rules apply. I was skipped twice in line and the ruthless lady on the teller side didn't care I was next. I let the Branch manager know about this discrimination towards Hispanic/Latino people at this branch. Such a shame, I'll be going to another branch in the area now. They probably think I'm not University educated or have a low paying job so the (branch) looks down on me. That's okay, this will be escalated for sure, as this was all captured on video. It's the year 2021, and this discrimination is still occurring in a city with a Spanish name? Wow, okay San Gabriel branch.

I never think to review banks or branches, but I really want to say thank you to Dinah and Linda who went above and beyond to assist me when I needed information about my account, including spending time to call the corporate office for very specific information. We sat on the phone while corporate was getting the information, which took almost a half hour, so I greatly appreciate their patience with me. Thank you ladies for providing wonderful customer service!

Best customer service at a bank I have received since 2010. Dinah (the employee that assisted me) and her sidekick (sorry I don't remember her name) went above and beyond the call of duty to open an account for me. I highly recommend this branch for your banking needs.

Terrible customer service...teller gave us a couple options with a check cashing/deposit, which we were fine doing either one...after a few minutes looking on her screen, she said she had to go to the manager who then said neither option could be performed even though the check was from Wells Fargo. Had we been told right away that it wasn't possible for X reason, it would have saved us 15 minutes and a trip to another bank...please educate your tellers.

Wells Fargo Credit Card protection only protects the merchant, they provide no protection at all to their own customers. #WellsFargo @Wells Fargo My Doctor sent me to another facility to get an X-ray on my injured arm. My paper work specified 2 separate X-ray's, 1 on my hand, one on my wrist. The X-ray clinic made a mistake and only billed me for one X-ray, when I went into the X-ray room the technician said he was gonna give me one X-ray, I told him I was supposed to have two, he checked with the woman at the front desk and she came into the X-ray room to take my debt card so she could charge me the for the 2nd X-ray. The technician did not give me a lead apron to cover my groin, and he left the door to the X-ray room open as he was taking the X-rays, and another patient wandered into the X-ray room. No problem, I dealt with all the un-professionalism, I was in pain, and needed to get treatment. They told me my Doctor should have the results at 5:30pm, meaning I would have to deal with my pain for another day to get treatment. The following afternoon my primary care physician's office contacted me and informed me my wrist was fractured. She told me to go back to the X-ray clinic and pickup a computer disk with the images of the X-ray to take to the orthopedic Dr. So he can align and stabilize my wrist. I picked up the disk and took it to the orthopedic doctor. There were no images on the disk (one more thing that the X-ray clinic did wrong), and the Dr said he could not diagnose or treat my wrist unless he sees the images himself. It was already late in the afternoon and there was not enough time to go back to the X-ray clinic and make it back to the orthopedic office before they close. Being in that much pain waiting another day was not an option, I paid for another X-ray at the orthopedic Dr's office and he took care of my wrist. I drove directly to the X-ray clinic and told them about all the mistakes they made, and that I had to pay for an X-ray at the orthopedic Doctor's office because going another day without treatment or relief from my pain was not an option, they also tried the computer disk, but it didn't work in their computer either, they offered to make me another disk, but I explained to them it was too late since I already paid for another X-ray elsewhere. I told them I deserve a refund for the poor treatment I received which required me to pay for the same services elsewhere. They refused, so I told them I would contact Wells Fargo to dispute the charges. I contacted Wells Fargo and they returned one of the charges to me, even though I made it clear there were 2 charges for the same amount. Since the letter did not mention the 2nd charge I contacted Wells Fargo to request the other half of the money. They sent me a letter stating they would not refund the 2nd half because... "we found the charges were made be you or someone who had your permission." Really?!? I NEVER claimed it was a fraudulent charge, I told them that the service I received was very unprofessional and because of the mistake they made I had to pay for the same services again elsewhere. I asked the Wells Fargo operator how is it that they refunded one charge to me, but are gonna make me pay the merchant on the other for the same transaction? I asked what would have happened if they read my paperwork correctly and billed bother X-ray's in one swipe of my credit card instead of 2? Should you have given me all of the refund or made me pay the merchant the full amount. The Wells Fargo represent told me that since they offered to replace the blank disk with a working one I had to pay them for the X-ray. I told the Wells Fargo Rep that it was extremely unreasonable for me to have to wait another day in pain without treatment for my fractured wrist because of a mistake the merchant made. At that point she informed me that I was gonna be billed for both X-ray's, they will be taking the full amount for both transaction back out of my account. Wells Fargo offers absolutely NO protection at all for the th

I came in on a Friday 20 minutes to 6pm closing time. This banker named Sarah, I told her I need 100 close to new ones...she probably broke close to 400 ones and found about 90. I really appreciate her time and effort for doing this. She really went above and beyond her service.

I had to go to Wells Fargo due to issues regarding the fine points of obtaining Durable Power of Attorney. It was a very convoluted process not so much due to Wells Fargo, but the way a revocable trust had in part been superceded by placing assets into accounts that were not under the aegis of the revocable trust. Two other bank representatives tried to fathom & untangle the mess that was not of their doing, but it got to the point that Mr. Song Mom was asked to take over. Mr. Mom had the utmost patience of the Buddha & had planned out a very clear strategy on how to solve our DPOA problems as much as humanly possible under the convoluted parameters we found ourselves in. It took over 2 hours in all which must have taxed him greatly, but he was so gracious, kind, understanding though he was working diligently for very little return at least in terms of direct profit for the bank. However, Mr. Mom's herculean effort induced us to become even more loyal customers. He is an amazing asset to Well Fargo, and my hope is that upper management recognizes his special qualities of high intelligence as well as being able to smoothly & suavely finesse customer service to the point of seeming effortlessness even though it was horrendous. 3 cheers to Mr. Mom & KUDOS!!! 5 Yelp stars all due to Mr. Mom's perseverance & good will. We really appreciate your kind efforts.

Wow! What an amazing experience I had with this branch in San Gabriel, Ca! Every time I walk into this Wells Fargo Bank branch, besides the great welcoming warm smile, I always get offered some water or coffee as well which I think is absolutely amazing. Every staff member always acknowledges me with a nice smile and hello! They are extremely friendly and they always make me feel very welcome! Every personal banker in the branch is very knowledgeable and seems to enjoy and love what they do. My personal banker Dinah Asuncion has been such an amazing help to me, she is very knowledgeable and helpful in terms of educating me with the different types of products Wells Fargo has to offer. She always answer all of my questions and helps me identify the best solutions for me that would be in my best interest. Thank you Dinah, you are AWESOME!!! I wanted to thank the whole branch team for always making me feel welcome! You guys Rock! Keep up the awesome work and great hospitality!
