“Update 02/16/2024: (changing 1 star to 5 star) I got a text from Rosey. The business phone system has been down and sometimes work for more than 2 weeks now. And PetDesk doesn't work if you are a new customer. Unfortunately, my account has my daughter's phone and my appointment won't link. I finally got a new appointment and will be heading there in a few weeks.From my past experience, their veterinarians are all nice and easy to communicate with. My current dog is very happy with this place. they offer neuter/spay, vaccines and also have Xray and other pet services. They also sell dog food, I believe it's all Hill Science diet.02/15/2024I currently take my dog here and want to make an appt. Using PetDesk, I never get a confirmation. I called their number and left multiple messages and no one ever called me back.I have anew dog I wan to take here but the way their customer service works, I'll just go somewhere else.”

“If I could give this hospital a sixth star, I would. I came here an emotional wreck because my sweetheart of a rat needed help crossing over. It was an emergency. I called first, and the front desk staff was extremely sympathetic and let me know they would be able to accommodate me. They let me take all of the time I needed to say goodbye and treated my baby with the utmost gentleness and care. “I have been coming here for over 7 years, with a total of 6 different senior dogs over the years, since their old location. Dr Chung and Dr H are amazing, the whole team really is! They provide next level pet care at more affordable prices. Dr H's expertise led to efficient testing and diagnosis of Lymphoma is one of my fur babies this month and, upon my consent, they promptly ordered the chemotherapy, antibiotics, and steroids my baby needed rather than us going to a specialist which we simply cannot afford at this time. They have treated a number of conditions with my animals over the years. In fact, I found Dr Chung all those years ago when I had a senior rescue with a bleeding problem. 3 vets recommended putting the dog to sleep, Dr Chung immediately diagnosed her with a condition, put her on a medication, and it resolved the problem. That pet had over 3 happy years with us after that before passing from natural causes. They should recieve awards, truly the best care is at Little Tokyo Pet Clinic.”

Dr. Jeff his associate is also excellent!!My little adorable furry baby girl Butters, got sick on Friday morning before the Labor Day holiday. I was soooooo worried, that I wouldn't be able to get her help before the weekend. I called the office and they immediately took action to get us in!! After a quick check, we were given some medicine and we were on our way. They followed up with the test results on Tuesday, and gratefully, Butters is doing great once again!!You need to get on a wait list for the first visit, to establish your pet as a patient. Once you do that, you're pet will be treated like a VIP!!Be prepared because, they don't take credit cards, only checks or cash. Other than that, they're are great!!”

“I came here because my cat needed treatment and the staff were great. Hes been an out door cat/rescue and is about 3 years old. He was pretty stressed out being in a carrier and when we got in the exam room he was showing his displeasure. I was able to secure him and the assistant helped me cover him up. After the doctor came in and they were able to give him some meds. They handled him well and we went back home and he has since recovered.”
