The worst experience I’ve ever had and I was told to go this store specifically by a Verizon representative. Jason was assisting me. I was simply dropping old devices off. Jason waited for the old phone to try and charge even though I told him the phones wouldn’t charge and I was only suppose to drop them off. I told him several times the phones wouldn’t charge and I was instructed to drop them off at the store. Jason proceeded to try to sell me products. I clearly said, I was in a hurry and only wanted to return the device, Jason tried to sell me a credit card. I said no thank you to the credit card and I was then informed the batteries wouldn’t charge. I told him, I know the batteries won’t charge so what am I suppose to do? I was told to drop the devices off at this store, and asked again what am I suppose to do about this. He stood there blinking like he had no idea what I was talking about. My friend with me said just call customer service and deal with this later and Jason’s response was good, yes, do that. Evidently sales means more to Jason and subsequently this Verizon store than good customer service.

Worst CS, 30 minutes waiting for them to finish tlking bout love stories. Walked out since computers and phones wernt looked at. Go elsewere this will get you pissed off. Maybe because I was latino.

Wen is an excellent staff number that informs you and helps you make the best choices. He also has an amazing level patience when it comes to dedicating time to a customer. Omar the store manager also provided a great customer service experience and was incredibly helpful in getting my family set up with new devices and overlooking thw overall process. By far the best experience at a Verizon store.

What a crappy phone company! Every time I go to pay the phone bill, as long as they log in to my account, the second month's bill will definitely add a lot of new services, inexplicable services, and various additions to the package that I just adjusted before. I have changed it once and I will tell you if there are any questions. Call 611. Don’t come to this place even though other places are famous for deceiving people and be careful with their bills.

The attitude is extremely bad and the business is fraudulent. When I went to make corrections, I asked them to call customer service. Then I ignored the matter and asked who could handle it. When I arrived at the store, a bunch of people were arguing, saying that the business was wrong and the charges were wrong. Don't go. The price mentioned at check-in and the final bill are very different. This store should be sued and closed.

I had a great experience with Antwione. He took time to answer all my questions about phone plans and extra add ons, and gave me advice on how I can save money, even though I already bought 2 phones already for myself and didn't need a third. Also I had spoke to 3 Verizon reps, one in Arizona, one at the home office (probably the Philippines), and one in Fullerton CA, and no one told me that I can save money with a new plan. He was nice enough to put on a glass protector on for me which I cannot do myself. I bought a wall charger from the store even though I don't absolutely need one, just because he was so helpful.

It’s a junk shop. I failed to pay my phone bill once when I came in. I didn’t find out until a month after I returned. I paid two months of phone bills and overtime charges online. There was no time to open the door this time. The garbage store clerk didn't even say anything nice and just yelled "gogogo" to let me out. Will not come again.

It's really a scam den, irresponsible, and it's not a real Verizon store to say one thing and do another. This store sells sheep heads and buys dog meat. It's terrible. Please don't let them fool you.

The Chinese staff have a very bad attitude and try their best to get you to buy their products. The promises made at that time were very good. After buying the product, if there is a problem, they shirk responsibility and don't care about anything. Their attitude is very bad. They are liars. I hope you don't Deceived!

My salesperson at the Victra Lewes, Delaware store, provided excellent customer service! Ovidiu Moldovan went above and beyond to provide help and to answer all of my questions! He was very patient even at times when no other employees were visible!Ovidiu Moldovan should be commended for his excellent and professional service!
