You want to do a thing, and the employee just does it for you. It's quick and easy and they're nice. It is also not very busy.

I came here for two Amazon returns and was concerned because of the low ratings.
However, the lady here was very helpful and taped my packages for free.
I recommend this store.
Btw- they have green 20 min parking out on the street for quick access.

I requested packing service and insurance coverage for 6 expensive shipments. The employees did a terrible job packing adding zero to minimal material inside the boxes. Then the boxes arrived with my equipment damaged, and the store would not cover my insurance claim because they wrote my receipt in such a way that said that I was the one who packed the boxes.
The manager refuses to accept any responsibility for her employees lack of integrity in the matter.
Beware of this store, they commit major fraud, and as of right now I'm out about $4000 worth of damages to my equipment.

Today was the last time I'll come here. There is a reason why this place is so poorly reviewed compared to other UPS stores in the vicinity. I've been going to this location for a couple years for many things including mailbox, amazon returns, notary, etc.There is one major issue with this place and it is the customer service and they suck at it in multiple ways.#1: Lazy LeadershipI showed up to a line of 10 people with 1 rep working the counter. It wasn't until a customer was complaining about a label issue that the rep went to the back to find the manager. The manager finally showed up to help the line move. This was after waiting 20 minutes with a line that wasn't moving.#2/#3: No Empathy/ Greedy (Maybe)I complained to the manager of the slow line and lack of customer service. She ignored my complaint and refused to acknowledge it. In addition, she tried to upsell me on my Amazon return and tried to make me pay $2 to buy packaging. I disputed her claim that I needed to purchase it and even showed her my instructions from Amazon. What was the most frustrating was she refused to look at the instructions I had on my phone and show me why I needed to pay the $2. So who is correct? I do not know and honestly that is actually beside the fact. The issue is her lack of customer service ability. Inability to listen to the customer's complaints and a lack of patience to even look at a customer's phone.So enjoy the $2 I paid, enjoy this review, and enjoy having at least one less customer (not that it is important to this business since customers are lined up against the wall and they show no care in expediting their services)

The lost mails incident has left me extremely dissatisfied. It's disappointing that after choosing the UPS Store for its supposed reliability, I'm now being asked to go through the ordeal of filing a claim. This should be a wake-up call to ensure better training and quality control.

I placed an order for a company checkbook, the larger format with 3 checks per page. After tracking the delivery and going to the UPS store to pick it up, I was astounded to learn that they couldn't locate my package. Even more frustrating, a second visit led to the conclusion that it was lost. How is it possible to misplace something of that size within a UPS store of that capacity? This incident forced me to go through the hassle of contacting my bank to cancel the entire checkbook. I had to endure an additional two-week wait for the arrival of the replacement checks. This situation has left me deeply dissatisfied, prompting me to close my account immediately. The level of service provided by this UPS store is absolutely a joke.

This store makes The UPS Store looks bad. It's run by a Chinese family using Chinese business model, style, and attitude. From quality of service to reliability, this store misses all the marks. Why is UPS allowing this to happen?

This UPS store left a lot to be desired. If you're reading this, I strongly advise going elsewhere. It's not UPS as a company, but the franchise owner here that's the problem. They lack customer care and it shows in their attitude, making it a frustrating experience for everyone.
