The woman behind the counter that helped me get a hacksaw and extra blade was super helpful and very nice. She didn't have everything I needed but she was very quick to direct me to a store that did, which I appreciated immensely.

Great selection of tools and great service. My father introduced me to this place and they have almost everything at an amazing price !

Fact: not the best customer service. I've been coming here for a bit now. They got any tool u can think of. Pricey though. Try online before u come here. Tool repair is reasonable and usually worthwhile. I'm not Asian so the love is limited to straight up yes and no responses. Mom and pop, hit or miss.
