It takes a very long time to receive service. It's not just a lot of customers. But it's because you have to wait for employees who work calmly and don't care that customers have to wait a long time. This place is wonderful. Another shop (All Car) botched my alignment, and these guys actually called over and made them pay for the repair, so it didn't cost me anything. Above and beyond!

This review is long overdue! My husband and I have been going to Tire Central for years and cannot say enough good things about this company! They are transparent in their prices and timeline for a project, communicative, and do amazing work! We have three cars and go here for all of our tire needs!

I have been here several times before, and the service prices are very good. Last time I came to change the tires and did a dynamic balance. On the way home, I felt the steering wheel shaking. Today I went to the car repair shop for a check, and they said that the dynamic balance deviation was very large. I have to start a new one. We did dynamic balancing, but the boss was not there that day, and several employees were about to get off work, so they were not serious and responsible!

Don't know how I can give this place any other rating than 5 stars I came here because it was time to get my tires rotated. I called, and staff told me to come by as it was first-come-first, easy enough! So I went out there, parked, went to the office to check in and waited my turn. They told me it'd be a couple hours, but in reality it was closer to 45 minutes. Note that there's ample seating both inside and outside, with free wifi as well as a restroom. So if you're looking to do some work on your laptop and take meetings, there's a bench outside that's suitable to do said work.Once it was my turn, the tire rotation only took about 10 minutes tops. And the cherry on top? It was absolutely free. I came here and paid nothing to have my car driving smooth again.Everyone was kind and courteous here, and it makes perfect sense why it's so highly reviewed. Thanks team!

Been coming here for years but never bothered to write a review. This place is the best as it gets, in the area. $100 for the best alignment. Very knowledgeable tech working on the alignment rack, knew the specs for gtr. Tire change on my $5000 TEs came out flawless, no scratches. 10/10
