Please don’t come here , do your research. Bad customer service and communication. Dr. Maria Velasco was contradicting herself in what was wrong with my dog, and was extremely rude. I would not recommend this place.

This vet has always been on the more expensive side. It used to be good when Dr. Ng and a couple of others were there, but slowly, all the vets I was familiar with started to leave, and now it's just not as good. And btw, they wont tell you if your usual vet isn't there anymore if you don't ask specifically about it, they'll just book you with anyone. Honestly, you can find better places. At least places that won't try to so desperately upsell services that your dogs don't need and care about your pets wellbeing and needs.

I live nearby and have used their services extensively, including surgery for my dog. I will no longer go here. My recent visit was unpleasant. My dog is very sick and the vet tech still wanted to weigh my dog despite the discomfort for the dog to be on the scale. The dog is not underweight, the tech is just blindly following protocol without common sense. Then the office manager gives me a pressured sale, do it now or we'll close soon. This place is nickel and diming and I don't trust that they won't string me along for more money. I'm all for paying for services, but not in a rushed and pressured way they do here. On top of the unprofessional appearance and communication here. The vet I spoke to had no leadership or clear recommendation. No more trust here. If there's no trust, there's no proceeding. The vets here used to be great, not sure where they went. It's a shame because they could've been a great asset to the community like they used to be, but I don't trust them now based on their actions and my experiences today. Used to feel like a trustworthy community place, now it feels like a money making mill and screw your dog's well being over dumb procedures by putting a sick pet that can't stand on a scale, abd having petty and small fees. The vets here used to make you feel they treated your pet the same way they would treat theirs, this is no longer the case. No more passion from the vets. This is a bad sign with all the fees, just make it all inclusive sum and you'll look less like a money grubbing organization without care or respect to your clients and animals. Luckily, I found another vet that prioritizes your pet's well being.

Took my dog here because I thought one my insurance would reimburse me but they didn't and taking him here my dog ended up catching something the vet denied. But I hadn't had my dog leave out home outside to this vet. I was asked to leave and no other vet has asked me to leave my pet while giving vaccines. Receptionist can be rude. I had to take him to an emergency vet costing me an additional $200 so in a week over $450 for the only reason coming was preventive vaccine update. The receptionist seems so irritated by the inquiry but even the emergency vet said that would be the source why my dog got sick the exposure of this dirty place.

They were kind and understanding to both my dogs who needed walk in appointments in different occasions. They were treated well and they explained the plan clearly. The waiting room is nice they were less anxious than usual.

Great veterinarians work here. Always had good service over many years. Even as staff turn over and owners change the office continues to provide good care for the animals

I used to love this place. Now it's a revolving door of veterinarians. Each time I bring my dog in for vaccines, check ups, or a concern, I can never get the same vet as the last visit. No one ever agrees on what's been going on with my oldest dog, but still tries to get me to pay for a ton of tests that they said would probably still be inconclusive. I tell them what I'd like done, and get quoted for an addition $500+ in services I didn't ask for that I have to tell them to remove. And prices for services have just about quadrupled, and they nickel and dime you everywhere now. I got charged around $90 on a recent visit and all they did was an examination that also had a medical waste fee tacked on. Medical waste fee for what? Checking temperature? Crazy. When I got my new puppy, they quoted me 4x more expensive than another veterinarian for a spay and vaccine clinic so I took my pup to another place instead. Also tell me why getting pain medication for an arthritic dog seems to cost 10x more with them? Going on 10 years as a client and I'm over it now. New puppy is already being seen somewhere else, time to take medical records with the eldest to a new vet as well...

They were friendly and good with my brother's dog. The only thing I was not happy about was that when he picked up the dog and paid they forgot to charge him for a test so when I called about the test results a few days later I was told he still had a balance due of $65. I was out of town and I checked his receipt when I returned and it said paid in full. I then had to make the time to call and find out why he had a balance when he had paperwork that says paid in full. He is older and can be forgetful so it was not really fun having to tell him that they forgot to charge him for a procedure.

I just take my cat to get vaccine.when I check out they charge me 23.75 dollars for vaccine.that’s all right. But they charge 85.25 dollars for Examination-Healthy . They didn’t do anything and they didn’t tell before. It’s not make sense!

I would not come here ever again. My regular vet was not available so I took my dog here instead. Big mistake! They suggested all kind of tests are almost $900 later, they still couldn't find out what's wrong. They then asked that we come back a few days later to draw blood for more tests. Another $209 later. Still couldn't find out what's happening. They then asked that we come back a few days later to run more tests. That's when I know it's time to run. They are taking me to the cleaner and I spent more than $1200 and they kept waiting more tests done so they can collect more money. It's all business and money to them.

The receptionists are so inexperienced and bad here. I came in to ask about the pricing on an exam, x-ray, and just general questions about shots and procedures because my dog swallowed a bone and their answers were always "i don't know." They don't know anything about their job or basic things. They said they've had dogs swallow bones before and yet they don't know any estimate or clue to what they're supposed to do. If they work at the office they should at least know general answers or a little pricing. All they said was idk and you have to get an exam first but we already know he swallowed a bone so we just need an x-ray. Literal common sense all we need is an x-ray ESTIMATE not confirmed price at least say its in the 100s or something??? Called petco after they gave me everything!! They told me shot prices, x-ray prices, exam prices, the typical procedure for this situation and it was the cashier who answered the phone. Who knew both of the receptionists at this place would be air heads they don't have a clue to what they're doing they should work somewhere else that requires no experience. I'm not one to usually write bad reviews but they were so stupid. The doctors are nice the front desk people got a free job.

“$500-$600” for a cat spay or neuter. That’s ridiculous. It sounded like they didn’t want me to schedule the appointment so they gave me that price. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Got it done elsewhere for $80

I take my 2 senior cats, and I like how they are treated .They are gentle and caring towards my boys and are on top of things, and I'm really happy that they open early issues so convenient for me.
