Poor experience online. Ordered 3 very important items and 5 other items I didn't mind having for free shipping. They cancelled the 3 important items because they were "out of stock" (seriously? Track your item stock better!) and didn't offer a chance to replace with similar item and now I still need to order the three items from elsewhere....

Posted store hours on the door are incorrect. On top of that, they lock up and refuse entry at least 20 min in advance to their actual store hours.

Terrible customer service, they closed the store 30 minutes early and kick customers out even though it is clearly said that they are suppose to be open for another half an hour.

All the reviews about rude customer service are correct. I wanted to check out this takashima store since it was a flagship according to the website and the girl who rung me up was quite rude. No acknowledgement really, threw my credit card down instead of handing it back to me. No audible thank you or really anything. Didn't even really make eye contact. Definitely going to be going to the other stores instead of this one. I highly recommend you avoid.

Love, love, love this store! This review is for the customer service. First time here last night at around 9:30.Dislike the girls at the counter. My husband said they look like robots-completely emotionless, not very friendly and not helpful at all.

If I could, I wouldn’t give a single ?. The door opens at 11 o'clock. I waited until 11:05 and still didn't come. I went back to the car and continued waiting. In fact, the clerk's car is parked at the door. I first stood in front of the store. She and another person came from somewhere else and looked at me standing in the doorway. They got into the car. At first I thought it was another customer, so I was embarrassed to stand there and went back to the car to continue waiting. After waiting for longer than that, I decided not to wait. And then that's when I pulled the car out. The woman got out of the car and opened the door. Speechless. You can tell me to open the door immediately or wait. Because I've been waiting for a while. I can’t understand how high quality they are!

Worst service worst experience ever, I wish I can give it zero star!!! The staff closed the store at least 20 min earlier than the actual closing time claiming that it passes their last call time??? Ridiculous! She must just want to go home early, wonder if the owner knows it!

4 years I've been a very happy client there, and today a new hire seriously pissed me off. How supportive am I of their business? When you're their vip member, there's a $40 off coupon you receive for every $800 you spend. Personally, I get it a couple of times a year; so call me a loyal patron. This store used to hire knowledgeable associates. Now, they have downgraded to accepting legit dumbbells. Today, I called to check on the inventory of one product, this dimwit who couldn't complete a full sentence responded me with a blank, and ofc I was speaking perfect Mandarin Chinese so idk what was so hard to understand. Even worse, she refused to walk 11 steps to check, - yes, that is how familiar I am with that shop. What was more infuriating was she then hang up on me after acting d******* and wait, it was not over,,, the phone line was unplugged right after so calls couldn't even go in. No one cared to answer their WeChat service line anymore, either. What has happened to this business? How did the excellent service turn into complete garbage like this? I am very shocked about this downward spiral of change in their business culture, an utterly lack of effort and care. I am very confused about what is going wrong with their company because it is not the same as before. The Image cosmetic store would be delighted to welcome my business with smiles and attentiveness for now.
