I give this location 5 stars for the best prompt courteous service. I came in because out of the blue, a green light started flashing from the side of my phone. It's hard to use my phone as the on and off light is glaring my eyes. It turns out that it was because of the crack, as the light is glaring from that spot. I don't even remember when I dropped the phone and got the crack. The service person was very nice and answered all my questions. It turns out I still have my warranty on this phone and I didn't even realize that I had purchased it towards the end of last year so the warranty covers it. She made a ticket for my repair for tomorrow. The closest one happens to be out in Burbank so I'd have to drive out for tomorrow morning appointment, which was pretty quick. And she said all I had to pay was about $30. They'll replace my screen. I was originally going to get a new phone, but she said that the S2024 plus was exactly like the one I have except with the new year. After talking with her, I thought I'd better wait then, because that would have been 1k+ to spend on a new phone again. I've decided to wait until 2025, probably when the new model comes out.

The service here is so-so. The first time I came here on a Friday afternoon to get my phone replaced and it wasn't busy but unfortunately the replacement was delivered but not in their system so they couldn't get it done. I understand that wasn't their fault. I came back on the following Monday and they seemed to be bit busier. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone as all the workers were busy and helping other customers. I walked around a bit and then sat and waited to see if anyone would check in on me and see if I've been helped. After 20 or so minutes and seeing the employees helping other people who walked in after me instead, I decided to just leave and have T-Mobile ship my replacement to another nearby location. Parking can also suck as the lot is small and the entrance/exit can barely fit two cars simultaneously.

Came in for a watch plan and met with PJ, he is super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable on the plans they offered . We ended up getting the watch but then changed our mind on the plan, he was patient enough to redo the whole thing and put us in the plan we wanted. Highly recommend PJ for your next T-Mobile need.

T mobile at Rosemead and Huntington drive, Jason is very helpful, I called him and went over after work, he helped me go through my lines and watches even helped me with all my rebates! Jason is great!

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. Whatever time of the day is that you are reading this review? I am placing a review on an employee. And your El Monte/Valley mall location at the corner of Valley mall drive and Tyler Avenue. This employee goes by the name of Riley. Not only was she professional to the fullest. She was customer service savvy, and she even suggested sold. She suggested sold me a Wi-Fi device which I have been using ever since. I plugged it in my home, excellent customer service was provided me to buy miss Riley to me that day. I'm a quality customer service agent and I review businesses like yours. I'm hoping for Riley that she be either uplifted by this review by your management team. Or that she would be promoted because that is the type of management that you want. In your storm she was courteous friendly and I left that store as if I had made a new friend. Now listen closely management. I do review your stores and I will go into that store once. Miss riley I know was in there and I will ask her if she was given praise for my review No, if it goes ignored and she was not even given a slike Pat on the back for my review, there will be hell to pay people have told me over and over again that with my reviews I stay feel as though I am what Joan Crawford was to Pepsi Colet. Miss Riley know that I said that and she was not exactly who I am. I thank you for your time service and I only wish the best for miss Riley and I hope that you will realize that she is a true asset to your company, thank you.

Rude customer service. I told my elderly non-english speaking mother to go to this location because it's an Authorized location run by T-Mobile. She had an billing issue and they told her to call T-Mobile directly. Again, this is an Authorized store. Instead of helping her, they told her call T-Mobile directly and gave her some sort of excuse that they're not T-mobile and customer has to call directly. They shoo her away and he went back playing with his phone. As a customer service rep background, customers don't care if it's a different department that handles the issue. T-Mobile is T-Mobile. They only see the company as 1. I would not recommend this store to anyone. As a T-Mobile Customer for over 10 years very disappointed.

PJ helped transfer my pre-paid service from my old iphone to my new e-sim compatible iphone. Great and fast service, PJ helped me with exactly what I came in for and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes, so grateful great customer service like this exists!

The service wasn't great . one guy that helped me w the long hair didn't have much customer service skills. Seemed like he just wanted to get it over with. First off he was chewing gum the whole time while he was talking to me which made it hard to understand him when he's making all these chewing noises. Not to mention he looked like he hasn't wash his uniform in a month his shirt look dirty and worn out long story short he just didn't look professional it seemed like he didn't like his job. Dirty beat up shoes pants sagging like he was about to go to the skate park or something his shoes were super dirty along w his work shit. He's was just not very welcoming. There's was another lady there that he was helping b4. She tried to ask him a question but his response was "you can't do? I already showed you how to do it" it was very rude to talk to the customer in that manner. Although he was able to help me w what I needed he came if rude and it just seemed like it was annoying him to have to do his job. But the most annoying part was that he was chewing gum making noise while doing and trying to help costumers at the same time. I'm sorry but I'm probably won't go back to that location again. I work in hospitality been doing it for over 15 yrs and that guy was very unprofessional.

Walked in looking for insight and support on the inner screen protector layer peeling off and creating an air bubble on my galaxy Z fold 4. Daniel wanted me to peel it off and said this is not covered under warranty. I told him I wanted to go through a warranty and that if he wanted to peel it off he would be accountable. It only makes sense since the phone ships this way that it should fall under an exchange. He also seemed as if he was bored and really did not want to assist. The least he could've done was contacted warranty for me to expedite my situation for an exchange, I mean come on a $2000 phone geez but instead, Daniel told me to call samsung and not tmobile on my own. The customer service was terrible. After spending a couple thousand dollars because I purchased two of these phones, there is a lack of sense of urgency, customer service, and attentiveness. Management needs to address accountability. I was able to get through on my own with T-MOBILE customer support on the phone outside on my own to process the request. They will be processing an exchange for me. One star for customer service.

My phone just stopped working. I thought it was because I was out of storage space. I took the phone into T-Mobile where Dolores met we and fixed my problem. Sim Card. She also took her time to explain how ICloud works, which was very helpful. She was GREAT!
