Just visited this store few days ago, there's only one female attendant in the store who talking to a customer when I stepped in, there's no greeting, no eye contacts, but just totally ignoring me with an attitude.Very bad of customer services, will never go back to this store again.

The lady in the store charged my sister in-law $10 for a replacement sim card, her sim card was bad & $10 to put it in. She pocketed the $20 herself, bc t-mobile got $0 charge for that order!! Wow! Lady, KAMA!!

No star! I didn't check out that long-hair young woman's name tag, when I was in the store. She was very very very rude to me! I only needed to ask them some questions regarding to the phone plans and new phones. I also needed them to help me to change the SIM cards. But she told me, "You have come here for more than two times today. What do you want? We don't accept certain phones." The third time when I visited the store in the afternoon, I didn't tell them what exactly I wanted them to help me with, but she just jumped to conclusion, and she screamed at me. I told her, "I am not asking you whether you will buy back the LG phone. I only want to switch the SIM cards from one phone to another. I don't have any tools." She was irritated. She replied back with anger, "You can just use a toothpick to take out the SIM cards yourself." I am T-Mobile's long-term customer, but this young woman really made me mad for her extremely horrible customer service! If I am the store manager, I will fire her immediately. She got paid to do the work, then she must help the customers to get the work done! I will never return to this store!
