Showed up for my echo appointment, & the receptionist says I'm not on the list. My appointment wasn't entered in the system when I called. Make sure you actually have an appointment before showing up to this place.

My husband went to Synergy for a MRI and was happy with everything so I booked three MRI'S there and was treated very well from beginning to ending. I will use them again if needed.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my father in-law who does not speak English. My significant other has had to attend appointments with her father just to make sure that he's not taken advantage of here and to make sure that they do no schedule him for something he does not need. And then I will go through the paperwork to check if billing was handled properly. This place is a joke and really tries to take advantage of people who do not speak English and people where English is not their main language. They will also try to hold results ransom, in exchange for a side payment. Or try to tell you that you have to make another appointment and pay them for that appointment, just so you can know your test results (if you do not agree to pay them on the side for them to just give you envelope with the results). Then they try to re-bill you later and or on the side for additional costs, after the appointment, for an amount that was not mentioned during the appointment nor communicated to the insurance company. Meaning, they will try to go around your insurance company and bill you one-on-one. Which is illegal. They are extremely rude and also very unorganized. The people who accept the calls to schedule an appointment, answer very unprofessional, they somehow always lose track of appointments they took a month in advance because they have no universal appointment making process. And when you show up, they will tell you that there is no appointment scheduled. The same lady will even call you for a reminder appointment 3-5 times in a row, because she lost track about whether or not she already called you. If they try to bill you after an appointment, take it up with the insurance company. If they continue to harass or bill you on the side or around your insurance company, report them to The State of California.

Experience excellent from check in had appointment 10am forMRI and X-Ray I arrived at 9:30am waited 10 minutes they called me in MRI exam was 45 minutes X-Ray was 2 minutes wanted to give thanks to Jimmy and Ann both gave excellent service will definitely use Snergy Imaging again in the near futureThanks again

I called in to make an appointment for my mother and Jasmine helped me. She was knowledgable and answered the questions I had, and she was very nice! They have underground parking, though it was a little small, but there are multiple levels. When we arrived Jasmine also checked us in and the process was quick and easy. Overall we had an excellent experience with the staffs and the girls at the check in office were so pleasant and courteous! Thanks for making this so easy.

Jasmine at the front desk is so unprofessional! She was very rude, to my Spanish speaking mother. I was present to translate and she kept saying I was putting words in her mouth when I tried explaining my mother's situation. She proceeded to cut me off and talk over me and yell. I asked her to please let me finish before she interrupted me, and she was upset. Continued to yell at my mother that she didn't speak Spanish as she tried exposing something to me, I then told her she wasn't talking to her and she continued to tell me she didn't speak Spanish. Very rude, very unprofessional, very incompetent.

I took my mother in for an exam and was talked to very rude by a girl named Jasmine. She was upset I had asked her a question about my mothers order. She then turned around and yelled at another receptionist. My mother has medicare so we can go any place we like but Synergy was recommended by a family member. If you have this girl keep running your front desk your going to lose many patients. Stay away Jasmine will ruin your day if she hates her job so much why is she handling the front office. Stay away. She is no good for business.

Jasmine was very rude I asked for the address and i didn't understand what she was saying she was talking so fast... Then when I asked her to repeat the info she hung up very very rude and i will be contacting corporate Very bad customer service.

Came in for a MRI on my neck..appointment at 12:15pm I arrived at 12pm and was seen by 12:32 lasted about 30mins.. I reserved a CD with my MRI and was out the door by 1:05pm*Really clean**Great staff super friendly!...i thnk her name was meme*They have free underground parking*I would suggest you arrive 15mins before your appointment (give you time to check in and if you need to feel out any paperwork)

They have an underground parking lot which I'm not sure if it gets full or not, but there were still plenty of spots ~ 8:50AM. This is my first time here and they gave me a call reminder one day prior to arrive 15 minutes or more earlier. My appointment was at 9:15, so I got there a little before 9:00, got all my forms filled out, payed my co-pay and waited to be called. I got called in ~ 9:25, which is pretty good! This is for the MRI scan. They took me to a little room where you store all your stuff in a locker and they hand you the key. They check to make sure if you need to use the restroom as it does take about 25 minutes. The man that helped me with this process was very nice and helpful! I did not get your name, but thank you. I have never done a MRI scan before and when he told me it was loud, I didn't understand until I got situated! They do offer earplugs and also headphones that played a repeat holiday jingle (I think), which helped. When you're in the machine, it does feel a little bit crazy and cramped, but I just closed my eyes most of the time. Every so often, you will hear banging and then beeps and then all other kinds of sounds which was a little frightening. When it was all done, they hand you a CD with your scans. So far, staff were actually very helpful and kind and the wait time from appointment time was not bad at all!

This is for an MRI Pros 1. Plenty of parking 2. All staff members were very friendly and nice 3. No hassle during checkin - pretty easy 4. Overall experience was pleasant 5. This scan had a better foot support so my leg doesn't move vs. other MRI machines I've used elsewhere Cons 1. Had to redo about 20-30 mins of scanning because some wire was loose 2. This machine is louder than other MRI machines I've used elsewhere
