We got to the store at about 10 pm, bought a vape, and came home; the vape burned after about 1 hour. I returned the next afternoon, and the staff told me, "No exchange, no return", and that if I had issues with the product, I had to return the same day... How? The store would already be closed had I come back. Terrible service!

One of my favorite vape shops to go to in SG. They always have all the new and trendy stuff in! The quality is great and so are the prices, they even have this awesome rewards system, where you can earn points.. to redeem vapes!!! The employees here are all so welcoming and kind especially, Ali. She always knows my order the minute I walk through the doors and is always trying to have a conversation with me and other customers, something that most workers don't do these days. I never feel disappointed when shopping here.
