Absolute bottom-tier Shell station. No contactless readers on the pumps for Apple Pay. Pay at the pump wasn’t working at the first pump I stopped at. Pulled forward to the next pump and it couldn’t read my card and said to go inside. Totally painful experience. If I wanted this kind of service I’d go to an Arco station.

Open 24/7? Tried going inside to pay for gas and the doors were locked. The old dude with glasses just looked up and continued to look at his phone completely ignoring me.

WARNING I went to this shell and it kept saying my card wouldn't work (they don't accept Apple Pay at the pumps). So I tried another card at multiple pumps. Then I see both of my cards had instantly been "deducted" $200 and luckily reversed by my bank. Not sure why that amount was even there in the first place since it kept saying it "couldn't read my card".... Really sketchy please be aware and go elsewhere to save yourself the hassle.

Warning, !!! I had a really disappointing experience at the Shell Gas Station on Rosemead in Huntington Drive yesterday. After inserting my card and selecting the pump, I went inside to pay $100 for gas for my 19-gallon truck. Somehow the pump was rejecting my card and I was not the only one having the same problem . However, when I checked my fuel gauge, I realized that I had only received half a tank, despite paying for 19 gallons. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, they didn't seem to care and suggested that I simply go for a drive and come back to show them the receipt and a picture of my odometer. This lack of concern made me feel like they were aware of the issue and potentially stealing gas. Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience at this Shell Gas Station and would not recommend it to others. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and ensure that customers are receiving the full amount of gas that they are paying for. I will be calling agricultural commissions weight and measures.

whoever the elderly cashier was she was very unhelpful to me and secretly customer i dont think she was good with english which is understandable but her customer service was horrible and she did not know how to cash people out for products or gas. should definitely hire more qualified people at this location

Just to let everyone know this she'll gas station is selling expired snacks and because the bag of chip was open they did not want to return my money but how was I to know if the snacks was expired unless I opened it and ate one. After being near for one hour the guy do you let me grab a new bag of chips I had to get one different from the bag ahead because the whole roll was expired the date on the May when she can barely see was from 2020.

Do not use a debit card here. I prepaid $20 gas inside then come to find out $980 was withdrawn from an ATM in the same area. I never use that card, so it was definitely skimmed at this place. Filing a police report.

Clean station and well maintained pumps, but not inexpensive unless you have Ralphs fuel discount.

ALWAYS have trouble with prices. Nothing marked, have to ask cashier and OFTEN prices are incorrect in their system. Several employees are inept at their job. Only 24 hr shop near me! Sad.

Got gas and this place ripped off CC info! DONT COME HERE!!! This place can't be trusted!!! Too many issues and not worth the risk! Thank God that my bank corrected this wrong but I will not be coming here ever again. Be warned!!!
