Woody was incredibly knowledgeable about my door issue; I live in a hundred year old house and I have been having problems with my door jamming and no longer being able to open. Woody was able to see that the foundation of my home was starting to become uneven and cause the door frame to squeeze my door. He was able to expertly re-size/shave my door so I can open it until I’m able to address the larger problems in my home. Great communicator & expert handiwork! Highly recommend!

Why pick up the phone and ask questions if you’re not available to do any work until the middle of 2022... Also, wouldn’t even consider ordering our windows since they are just too busy.

I had a new fiberglass door installed in my garage and had work done on my existing front and back doors. I wish I could give Tami and Woody more stars! It took some time to get the project scheduled as the business is essentially a two person operation (Tami, who runs the office and Woody, who does the installation). The price they quoted me for the work was fair. Tami did a great job with scheduling and taking care of any concerns I had. Woody is a true craftsman. But what really sets SGSD apart from most other businesses is the high level of integrity they possess. Woody had to do far more work than expected to install a new shoe on my front door, but refused to take any more money then was originally bid, even though I offered. After the job was completed, I had a small issue with the new door they installed. I called Tami, who apologized and had Woody out to rectify the situation within a week. I was extremely pleased with the job they did and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone seeking quality work at a fair price.

This place is great. Tammy and Woody are pros. Unfortunately due to Covid our door project took a few months because of getting the door we wanted but the service was excellent. The door is beautiful and Woody is a real craftsmen. I highly recommend them. Just remember to order your hardware early. I forgot about it and ended up scrambling to get a lesser quality brand.

i had to veeeery old windows replace. They quoted a competitive price. Woody did the installing and Tami who works in the store...did a great job. windows look great! this is a family company in area for a very long time!!!

I made an appointment to get an estimate for 4 new windows. Woody was on time, provided a fair estimate, and did outstanding work taking out the old windows and installing the news ones. He was fast, efficient, professional and friendly. The new windows look and work great! I couldn't be happier! I will definitely call them again for any window and door projects!

Woody just came in and in under an hour fixed two doors that have been sticking terribly since I moved into my home. It's the little things that are the big things in life, and San Gabriel Sash & Door has absolutely made my week. Next time you need a front door installed, don't get any old handyman, get these guys.

We had a back door that had been replaced about 12 years ago BUT apparently the contractor had NOT used an exterior door and so it began to split, the framing was shot and the threshold was extremely damaged. So when we had the house painted a couple of months ago, we decided enough was enough and it was time to replace this troublesome door! Fast forward to !) a door that was a "strange" size so extremely expensive 2) a door that would take about 2 months to procure and 3) by now the door was beginning to be almost impossible to open/close! Keep in mind our house is over 110 years old and nothing is "level" about it! And then the door arrived! and so did Woody to install it! It took the better part of an entire day, was NOT a cheap project and was TOTALLY worth both the wait and expense! Woody is truly a craftsman and our back door is working better than any of us can remember over the past 35 years! We almost FLY into the back yard as it is so smooth and QUIET to open now! This company truly has pride in it's work and is the only one that we would trust with any door or window job.

Did the most amazing job repairing all the windows in my 1923 Craftsman home. All windows would stick and not roll up. After Woody finished working on them they all opened smoothly. He fixed a couple doors that either had a huge gap at the bottom or would stick on the floor and not close well. He did such a fantastic job that I also had him change out some old French doors and windows with one solid French door that fit absolutely perfect!
