Nice hidden gem! Clean environment and kind service -- my tired parents and baby got to rest in a different room while myself and peers sang karaoke and had fun. The manager even helped set up some space for diaper changing ❤️. Their fruit tea is really good ?

Thank you for reminding me we had other folks with us that evening! I guess you should be happy to know there will be more glowing reviews of our experience coming soon :) We found another karaoke spot, had more drinks, and still managed to find songs even as you quoted us as being "liquored up". I guess we now know who has the better karaoke system.... From your letter writer AKA "wasted customer"!

We rented a medium room for Karaoke for my daughter's birthday. The room was clean and comfortable, The digital Karaoke console was easy to navigate and has a lot to choose from. Also the cost was very reasonable. We had a lot of fun.

Tables had tape on them. Mic had a lot of static when singing. Lights almost gave my friend seizure. Tried to make minors pay for already broken table. Called cops too.

I really wanted to like this place because it looked very clean and the workers are so friendly, but it was the worst karaoke experience I've had. I have been to quite a couple of karaoke places and have experienced a fair share of great to mediocre places, such as some unclean ones or ones that have a bad sound system- but never one with a bad karaoke system. The nicest worker helped out and showed me how to use the tablet on the wall that controls the karaoke song choices. However, the main issue was that the system itself was so bad to search for both songs and artists. For example, I would try to type in an artist (i.e "Lady Gaga") and it would not come up, but I noticed that if I found a song by the same artist, then I could click into the artist, which it will then list all the songs by that artist. The search system also did not allow for spaces, so you could only search for one word only (i.e you can't search for "The Weeknd"). Additionally, the system did not have the most basic artists or popular songs, like Backstreet Boys or even Disney's Frozen songs. I felt that most of my time went into figuring out work arounds to find artists first, then the songs I wanted. The price for a small room was $28/hr and every 3 minutes thereafter. It was a good rate, but the karaoke system was just super frustrating to work with. I felt that I spent more time relentlessly clicking around the tablet screen, than I did enjoying the music and singing. I cannot imagine it not taking anyone less than a minute to find the music they want (in any language). It is such a shame because everything else was great. The rooms are very clean and ventilated and the chairs are super comfy. The snacks and drinks are reasonably priced and the workers couldn't be more helpful! Unfortunately, I cannot see myself returning to this place unless they update their karaoke system.

Great selection of songs but super overpriced and the small rooms are basically "office rooms" and not actual karaoke rooms. & they overcharged us in my opinion + they start the timer when u check in even tho they had to teach us how to use the machine. Idk if I'd come back

this is a nice place to do karaoke with my friends. There was many songs of many languages and the screen to select is very easy to use. The sound and mic was also very nice. Def Recommend.
