ordered using app, supposedly it was a "deal" for pi day where you buy one large pizza and get one free so ordered stuffed crust ($3.00 extra for crust, fair enough) and the "free" pizza was to be a pan pizza which apparently is $2.00 extra so altogether two one toppings pizzas cost just shy of $30. WOW and the free pizza didnt even have the correcr crust smh

Terrible service walked in said hi to the lady working behind the desk and she ignored us, we chalked it off as she didnt hear me, but as we stand at the counter making eye contact with all the employees trying to get service for around 8 minutes or so we begun to feel as if we were bothering them. As we stood around awkwardly for another 2 minutes as we conversed amongst ourselves we decided this wasn't the place to eat, good thing tho because we ened up at shakeys down the street it was wonderful

I can honestly say that I have never left a pizza review ever in my life, especially ordering delivery. I've had the worst experiences ever heck I used to work for a pizza spot, so I know the experiences that can happen. This Pizza Hut is by far the best pizza I have ever ordered from taking my order to the delivery to the presentation to the taste everything was five stars and was completely worth the price. Super happy with my order. I did not feel like driving tonight, so it feels great that they got it right.

I always come to this Pizza Hut because the staff are always professional, respectful and make a delicious PIZZA!I also love there gluten free pizza.They greet with a smile and very friendly. I love supporting businesses in my city.Thank You PIZZA HUT ! YUMMY!!

Worse experience I have in this San Gabriel location. First of all, they were late to open. I say hi when I enter and the lady just turn away. Later she came back with a real angry face and say what do you want. I just left. Don't know what she may put in the food with such attitude.

We ordered pizza lover without bell pepper. Pizza doesn’t have very little toppings so I complained to the store and was told that the way it is; nothing they can do. Sad!

I ordered the Big New Yorker pizza and a specialty pizza. I tried to get it delivered, but the website didn't allow delivery. So, I went to pick it up. The website said it was going to be 15 minutes, but it was more like 25. When I got home, I discovered my double pepperoni pizza was missing the special cupped pepperoni, so I did not get what I paid for. I also chose to omit some toppings from the specialty pizza, but the remaining toppings were very scant. I don't remember Pizza Hut being this awful.
